Marta was FANTASTIC and her care in proving directions ahead of time was only the beginning of many kind and helpful efforts. The hostel couldn't be better located in central Florence and our twin room was great. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence!

It was so nice to stay at the Noble Art Hostel, just needed one night before heading out of Florence. Big, private room for four of us girls and exactly what we needed. Security was really good and lovely host! Would stay again if in the city for a short amount of time. Location is nice, so close to S.M. Novella for easy access.

Our wonderful host gave us some invaluable tips on what to see and do during our brief stay in Florence. Kindly upgraded us to a private bathroom as we were two females travelling alone. The hostel is warm and welcoming, close to train station, and within walking distance of major attractions.

Absolutely adored this hostel! The lady who worked there was so friendly and helpful! She recommended all the places we should go to, as well as some cheap, good restaurants around those areas without any prompting! The location was amazing, too - just a quick walk to the Duomo, and all the other attractions weren't far from there either! Didn't have to pay for any public transport, which was amazing. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Excellent staff and kept very clean. Difficult to find if you don't know how they number in Florence. You have to look out for the small black number at eye level not the big numbers above eye level. Also it was on del fossie not fossie which is a minor thing but when your rushing and its late, your not 100% sure your going in the right direction especially with no signage and the Florence numbering system. If I ever come back to Florence I would stay here again.

Pros The owner was nice and the location was great because we were so close to the station. Cons The room was a little cold because the heater was on a timer. I woke up in the middle of the night freezing cold.

It's a very nice hostel, with very good location, a five minutes walk from the main train station and meters away the city's river. Our room was nice, and the facilities in the bathroom were very good. It's mostly a quiet and relaxed place to rest and sleep, not an averange youth hostel to seek party or confraternization. The staff was most helpful, comming in a heartbeat when they were called because we had arrived. Recommended.

The Host, Marta, is a super nice lady. She gave us a warm welcome and a map with clear marks. Super comfortable bed and hot shower. Perfect location close both train station and city centre. Can't find any where else better than this at this price. Definitely recommend.

A good place in Florence, the lady is very nice, helpful and gives good addresses and advice. The room was clean, bedsheets also, just the single beds are small but it's ok for a few nights honestly. The shared bathroom was not clean when we arrive but the day after it was (also if people can clean after them, are not well-educated, there is nothing to do because it is a "shared" bathroom...) The price is a good value for money for Florence but honestly, I think 56€ for 1 night is too much.

Nice stay - except very thin walls.

The hostel was very close to the center of the city and all the major attractions and very close to the main train station. The host was very very nice. She was very welcoming and informative. Although after our initial meeting we didn't see her much, we really didn't need to. She covered everything in detail when we met. The hostel itself is a little on the old side, but it has everything you need (except a kitchen). The room was spacious, bathroom clean, and very quiet at night.

Our room had bed bugs; we found them in the morning on the walls full of the blood they ate from us.

We spent very good time in Florence, the hostel is very good located, so you can walk everywhere. Martha was very kind and gave us a map and information about all the important tourist places that we should visit and places to eat.

Really nice little hostel set up close to Florence city station. Clean beds and a nice room with all the essential facilities needed. The owner, Martha (excuse the spelling) was really welcoming, she helped us get to grips with the city, what she recommended to see and do, cheap places to eat, drink, see at night etc. She also got in contact by text to make finding the hostel much easier. The only significant critism I can make was the lack of wifi, which forced us to talk to each other!

Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et vos conseils sur Florence. Bonne continuation, Cécile et François

This place was more like a guest house. The lady is very nice and helpful. Location is really good. Our room was quite hot at night as the fan didn't work. We only had one key card so for a group of 5 it didn't work that well. The place had a shared fridge and a kettle that's about it. I would probably stay somewhere else next time I come to florence.
