Fillipe is great asset. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His bike tour is a MUST. Do the bike tour early during your stay, that way you get a feeling of the area. Difficulty is a 4 out of 10. Great location right in front of the Praia do Canto. Great free breakfast. Daily maid service. Free towels and linens. AC only available from 10 pm to 10 am, but it doesn\'t get too hot in Buzios, anyway. Bring bug repellent, otherwise the mosquitos will eat you alive. Great bang for your buck!Fillipe is great asset. Great location, plentiful breakfast, very clean and nice big rooms. A couple of minor irritations though. Firstly, I had to constantly ask for the air conditioning to be turned on - it would even be switched off during the middle of the day! This seems more a policy of the hostel owners rather than the staff who were always friendly and helpful. Another problem was that the wi-fi signal is very weak - you can\'t get it in the room but there a couple of PC\'s in reception you can use for free.
