This hostel is run by two very friendly twin brothers, who are always very helpfull and in for a talk! We had a wonderful memory of this hostel.

Nomad hostel lies very central in old Moscow, just 3 min from Chisty Prudy station. The nice old house is in a quiet courtyard. The hostel is an appartment with the limitations of an ap: 1 toilet, 1 shower, limited kitchen, but new beds. Apart from that Sermat, who run the hostel, cares for his guests, and if you are lucky you´ll find yourself in a discussion group around his counter over a drink at night.

We normally do not spend a lot of time in the hostel when on holidays (I guess as everyone else!) and the Nomad Hostel was a cheap option very well located but still we thought it was not good value for money! I'm sure for the same price you can find far better places where to stay. it's impossible to find (no sign anywhere, it looks like an apartment turned into an 'illegal' b&b), not clean (can't complain about the shared bathroom though) The atmosphere and character were very poor!

The twin managers are so friendly and helpful! They made my time there amazing, but there is only one bathroom and one shower for everyone in the hostel! There could be lockers to leave some belongs and the cleaness can be improved. Please correct the entrance code from the building at hostel world as we could get in because it is wrong!

The place was great, staff very friendly, location excellent - metro is near and the red square can be reached on foot..only small problem was that there was only one toilet and bathroom..so we had to wait for our turns..but on the whole it was really nice.

A bit difficult to find as no signs for it and within an inner courtyard, but once I looked more closely at directions it was easier. Building is safe and very well located right next to a metro station with 3 connections (around 100m), a lot of shops and facilities and only 15min walk from the train station or the Kremlin. The owners are extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. They helped us book and get train tickets tickets. The hostel is basic, a good spot for groups, less so for couples.

No character! The main problem is that is apartment change to hostel, no any banner outside the building. Maybe is illegal or no lisence.

The staff really put an effort in to the place to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is ideal, a mere stone's throw from four or five stations. A little big lacking in terms of the kitchen, but for the price you pay, you can't do much better in Moscow. Put the money you save into good use at one of the nearby cafes.

It is a small hostel. They provide a clean linen and towel. The facilities are quite poor, the bathroom is together with the laundry wich sometimes can take your time as there is someone using the washing machine. They offer coffee and sugar for free and if you want (I'd say if you can), you can cook some food. I'd say if you can cause it is almost impossible to cook. The space is tiny and the dishes and pans are dirty. If don't have any other place and few money go there, otherwise find another.

very nice atmosphere, absolutely friendly owner (Thanks for beer and good time!) 1 bathroom, you can not take a shower for more than 5 minutes becauce it is situated in one room with kitchen sink and washing mashines. and there are 2 doors in this room. there is no normal kitchen only table,tea-kettle and small hotplate. Hostel has good location. realy nice place to stay for 1-2 nights
