I write you two emails and never got response. I´m dissapointed. It was just one question i would have liked to get a answer.

Room was poor.TERRIBLE beds and wooden bunks in the private ensuites - we stayed in room 508 and the mattress was so bad that we had to take it off the top bunk and lie it on the floor! Staff let anybody in and there are people who stay there on a more permanent basis that smoke and drink on the top floor outside the kitchen - even though it is supposed to be closed up there after 10.30pm according to the hostel's sign. Kitchen is TOO SMALL - terrible facility compared to other hostels.

Myself & my wife have been travelling the world and stayed in many many hostels........ This was without question our least favourite place to stay. The smell in our room was unbearable due to the stained & dirty carpets. The unisex shower/toliet area was dirty,used condoms in showers,urine all over toliet seats,wet floors & hair in plug holes :-( The noise levels were ridiculous. Felt like 50 people were having a party outside our room ALL night!!!!

hot tub was a warm tub,,broken exterior with no insulation. I was charged an extra 2% to pay by charge,something which I was not told about prior.room had a skylight which meant never dark during th day if you need to sleep. Free drink on arrival is actually buy one get one,,not free.Staff overall was friendly enough and the place is overall well kept

Very good stay there, but kitchen not so clean. Staff too busy to answer your questions. Good location, nice pub. The 5$ beer/house wine rules are not so clear. Pretty good in overall.

We were very disappointed as we specifically booked this hostel (changed from another hostel) as it had parking. This was not the case, the parking was simply public parking that any other hostel could say they had, was extremely expensive. The staff member I spoke to was very unhelpful and made me feel stupid. Furthermore, the hostel charged a fortune due to it being a rugby mtatch night & the showers were useless-no water and the kitchen not clean and poorly equiped. Other staff very helpful.

Very small Double room with no hanging storage for $250 a night during RWC. Then no hot water for showers and unresponsive staff member until I asked for the Manager. The location was good; shame it was spoilt by unsatisfactory stay.

The window in our room did not close so at night it was very noisy and cold at times. The showers did not work, very few had running water if they did it was cold and would stop after a couple of minutes so there were many people running up and down the stairs in towels trying to find a shower that worked to finish washing. Seems this was a known issue at the hostel and had been for a period of time and they just hadn't fixed it! Was very dissappointed

Too many rude and drunk English people who never learnt to behave

There for 2 nights in 6 bed dorm. Music was going on outside until 4 in the morning. Showers were rubbish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location if you're not wanting to sleep to much.

THey were really booked up and put me in the men's portion of the hostel even though I requested a female dorm. The guys were cool so it worked out, but it was a shock for all of us at first.

Guys, Hot water supply is a major issue there. Thanks.

No hot water in the shower and sometimes no water in the kitchen! :(

Great place. Will definitely come back

Had a brillant stay was really stoked to have my room upgraded,staff were friendly and wish that had it not been the RWC that I could have stayed for longer. Also not having to not pay a bond for a key was an added bonus. On the whole I will be back Cheers Jayse.

Am very disappointed that i was charged for the first night, as i had sent a cancellation email 5 months or so in advance of my proposed visit !!!

The bathrooms spelled like urine, there was almost never toilet paper and there was no had soap. the showers were clean though and so were the rooms.

we had booked for a twin ensuite room, and it was a surprise to see that "twin" meant bunk beds, in very small space. It was really too expensive for what it was. The RWC doesn't explain the prices. So we changed and went next door...and it was fine, half price. Regards D.Peypoudat
