Really nice and clean hostel. Excellent location. Would definitely recommend, but book online cause rates if you walk in are a lot higher!

Not a bad stay. The communal showers were much better than the ensuite showers which made little sense. Staff okay without being exceptional, security okay as well. Safe spot to stay.

You lost my reservation, didn't refund my deposit, didn't arrange an alternative room and were absolutely useless all around. I have nothing positive to say about your establishment.

one or two of the reception staff were rude and very unhelpful.

The people i met were friendy, however, i couldn't sleep at all due to the noise coming from the street. People pouring out of bars until 2.30am, shouting on the street. And various cars/bikes/road cleaners with loud engines going til about 5.30am. Not pleasant!

Our room on the sixth floor was very nice. The main trouble being we had no hot water for a shower in the evening, no water came out of the tap. The cold water wasa similar situation. On speaking with the front desk staff they shrugged it off and said we would have to wait about half an hour, this was at 11:30pm. We think this is totally unacceptable. This is obviously an on going problem and nothing is being done to fix it. We would therefore not recommend this hostel. Joanna Watney

Very loud and hard to get a good nights sleep. We were on the first floor and people at the bar were really inconsiderate. This was on a weekday as well. Its fine to have fun but for people actually looking to sleep after a long day of traveling it was terrible.

Overall not bad but not great. The staff were fun, shame you can't guarentee the same for your roomates.

Cheap and great location. Was put in a room with some notch backpackers from around the world. The only critique is the front desk service, which was very slow. I stayed four nights and spent an hour in total queuing and sorting out simple things (room access, check-in, payments, checkout) with the front desk.

music in the reception was super loud, especially at 7am in the morning, but thankfully you couldnt hear it in the rooms. staff were very friendly and helpful. little bit overpriced for the world cup.

Didn't get off to a good start as there was a bit of confusion with which Nomads hostel we were supposed to be staying in as they are very close to each other. It got better when we found the right hostel. Stayed in a two person room with en suite, was pretty basic but was good enough for a couple of nights and very cheap. Right in the centre of town which was good. Overall it was a good place to stay and I would go there again :).

There was no hot water for shower. Worst of all some of my friends were bathing and shampooing their hair and hot water just cut off without notice. Horrible as the weather was cold. The reception staff is rude and no customer service.
