Please note: a minimum stay of five nights is required if staying during the Christmas and New Year period, from 28th December to 2nd January. No check-in or check-out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. All bookings for peak period (including Christmas, New Year, Blues Fest and schoolies) will be charged in full one month prior to arrival, with no cancellations accepted. All payment made with credit card detail will incur a 2.5% surcharge fee. For schoolies: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable one month prior to arrival. We only accept full-room booking for all schoolies and sporting team. Sharing option will not be accepted. All beds in room will have to be paid for. A $20 non- refundable security fee will be paid by each guest on arrival. We will hold a security bond of $200 per person for all bookings. Bond will be refunded upon satisfactory room inspection. All guest must present a passport at checking. Failing to have a valid passport will result in cancellation of their stay
