I'm not very enthusiastic about this place. Yes, the location seems fantastic. it is right at the beach and the view on Koh Phi Phi Leh is stunning! However, the place is far away from town, and especially at night you have to take a taxi boat back to Long Beach. however, I am a solo traveller and the boats do not go for just one person OR you have to pay 300/ 400 Baht. Which is rediculous! 1/2

If all you are looking for is a bed close to the beach then this place is ok The location is beautiful, but it is a 100-200 baht boat ride or 30 min forest walk to the town. The restaurant and office closes at about 7:30 each night you will need to pay the boat or make the trek if you want to enjoy the amazing night life of Koh Phi Phi Don. Staff were less than helpful, 3 nights I was there, they did not clean our room once. Did not replace toilet paper once, I had to take from public loo

Location on the beach was great but the hotel is like a ghost town at night. The restaurant closes at 7pm with no optionsfor anything after that time...have to walk to other resorts restaurants

The location is good if you want a quiet beach. It costs at least 100 baht on the Taxi boat to get to and from the Pier. The people working there were friendly.
