My overall experience was excellent!!! The only complaint I had was that the bathroom shower was leaking onto the floor and making the door area slippery. Several people there, knew about the problem but did not fix. Also, the soap dispensers were all out except for one and the toilet paper was usually running low. I kept seeing staff cleaning the bathrooms, but they never took the time to refill the things. The staff was outstanding and always had a positive attitude! My overall experience was excellent!!! Best hostel I've ever stayed. Feels brand new even after being open for months. Fun, friendly helpful staff, new facilities, cool hostel activities, heaps of ops to meet new fun ppl. We loved Nomads Queenstown!! Very impressedwithour room. Only issue was the noise from the surrounding bars. One night Barmuda went to 4amanditwasso loud I felt like I was there too!We thought our room was great value for money, with excellent amenities and very clean. We were upgraded at no surcharge to the suite and it has a balcony which overlooks the street and the waters.
