The place is awesome if you really like hostels. We had a great time. Having said that the whole place smells a bit, we had a bit of trouble with bed bugs in our room and having the music pumping while you're eating dinner is a bit full-on and doesn't really let you have a chat with the peeps without yelling. It also means the TV has to be up really loud. Generally everyone is really friendly and It's in an awesome spot. If you aren't a massive fan of Brits though, you should probably avoid.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
For the free Airport pickup call us on freecall. (Minimum stay three or more nights and only available between 6am and 7pm.)
We have a 48hr cancellation policy, except during peak periods where7 days' notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation. Cancellations made less than seven days before arrival during peak periods shall incur a fee of 50% of the total booking. If you arrive after midnight on the specified day of arrival your reservation will be cancelled with the cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation. Groups of 10 or more are not entitled to a free airport pickup. Credit cards have a surcharge of 2.5%. Please note that if you're booking more than one person into a dorm we can't guarantee you'll be in the same room, but we'll try our best.
