A little dirty, and the wifi was expensive. $4 for an hour or $8 for 24 hours.

There should be cameras on food because there are often people who steal food, or someone who can control it

This was our least fav venue in Aus, which was a shame as it was our last one before we left. Staff were cool and good internet facilities but that is it. Room was like a coffin. There was bedding on the bed but had no way of knowing if it was clean, I doubt it was. We paid for a on-suit, having to walk to the end of a corridor is not on-suit in my opinion. I am glad I we were onlty staying one night.

The hostel itself is just ok, but the location and staff were great!

Facilities were very poor. Rooms smell of mould. Room 509 even has the paint of the ceiling coming away with mould. Terribe terrible smell. Secure lockers ( paid) are located in the basement and the smell down there was just as bad, if not worse. The hotel was full of drunks, which is oribably normal for that location on the weekend.

Definitely a place for a younger crowd. Was in a good location and easy to get to most places from it. The staff were really lovely. Definitely a place to stay if you like to party.

The worst hostel in Sydney where I've stayed. The aircon was broken, and it was not possible to open the window, the room was therefore really hot and smelly. The window in the bathroom was smashed in, with still some broken glass in it. There was no curtain in front of the glassless window, so the neighbors could probably see me naked when I got out of the shower. The shower/toilet did not get cleaned daily, so it was getting gross so now and then. There were only 2 lockers in a 6 bed dorm.

The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed staying at this hostel. It's not the most up to date, and the kitchen is too small for the number of people staying there during peak, but it is cleaned well. The atmosphere was good.

Definitely a party hostel, the common room is always full of people and the staff always have things planned for us to do, and even though they're mostly long-term residents, they're super friendly and always including you in what they're doing! It's a bit hit and miss with the rooms, but that mostly depends on whether the air conditioning works in your room or not!

I had a thoroughly fantastic stay...The staff wee so very helpful. The location was better than the best..Transport was fantastic. I can't believe how clean the rooms were! Nothing was too much for the staff! Great activities, the only negative was that one elevator was broken but the reception kept us busy!!!!!! Great stay

Only one lift out of two was working (I was there for a week in the 12 floor), just a few people cleaned their dishes, it was always very hot in the kitchen, many people steal food from other cool bags, staff was really friendly and helpful - all in all was it a great stay in Sydney

We had a four bed doorm and the room was really small. The aircondition didn't work and you couldn't open any windows.. It also smelled like mold. The kitchen was also one of the worst i've been to.
