We had a double room which was pretty basic with literally just a bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. No cutlery etc without deposit was kind of annoying and felt having a car was a definite bonus as it's a good distance from centre of Noosa. Cheap and cheerful, no frills but fine.

My stay was fabulous. It provided everything that I needed. The room was clean and in good order. I will stay here again. Neal

They have bedbugs!! All the sheets had bloodstains. After asking about this, they said the sheets came from an other room, our room wouldn't have bedbugs.. But it did. All the rooms have an open topwall, so you can hear everything theyr'e saying in the room next to yours and the morning lights shines right into your room. Staff is friendly though, you have your own locker with a pluginn for phone etc. But I wouldn't stay here again.

It was my first time staying in a hostel. So I have no references. My only complaint was the bed bugs, and the blood stains on the pillows! Pretty gross!

Hostel ok & staff v nice & happy BUT had a TERRIBLE night's sleep due to BED BUGS. I've been travelling for 15 months & I've encountered bed bugs 5 or 6 times - once in NZ, the rest on the East Coast of Aus so I know all about the spread of bed bugs, what they look like, how they behave etc. My bed had bugs & so did 3 others that I tried in another room! They need to improve their bug management system cos otherwise they r failing to provide the very thing you are paying for - a bed to sleep in!

When I stayed there, it rained the whole time. Sitting indoors, not much to do, no really good commonareas. The benches in the kitchen is not that good to sit on when u watch a movie. But at least they had movies, and a bar. It's clean. I didn't know that this was a place for children as well...I wouldn't say it's bad, just not good either.

Staff were very helpful. Pool didn't look very clean to me so wouldn't have used it for that reason. Location was very good centrally located for trips and restaurants by the river. Noise level was high from bar when trying to sleep due to building design which was poor.

The free shuttle, surfboards, boogieboards and kayaks can't be beat! Add a cheap bar, clean and spacious rooms and good bathrooms, and you get a great hostel experience!

DI had a great time in there. THey provide free wifi and also can borrow surfing board freely. But if you don't want drinking at night there was no where but bed room. It needs TV lounge or reading room seperately. Nevertheless the hostel is stil good.

Bedbugs ALL OVER!! The staff would lie about which rooms were contaminated (since all of them were) and ask people to not make a big deal out of it. Moved to another hostel after the 1st night.

Nice hostel with pool and comfortable lounge and kitchen (even sharp knives!), tv with new films and if sunny, area to chill and eat outside. All in all recommendable.

Awesome staff! Regular shuttle service to the beach what is good. Everything clean. Not a party hostel. Good for couples or just relaxing. Would definitely recommend it !!!!

When we arrived and we saw the information sheet to let us know that bed bugs are common in Australia, my Aussie boyfriend didn't agree. And then, the cockroach i saw when i entered made me feel uncomfortable but because they are normal outside, it can be fine, the only thing is more because we couldn't close the front door, i was a bit scared. And the first night, a drunk guy pissed all over the floor in the shared bathroom just before i wanted to take a shower. Otherwise, it was good.
