Hostel itself is okay but the place is full of bedbugs!!! Staff assured me that room had been cleaned and sheets changed but this was utter rubbish as I ended up carrying them on to the next hostel and they are HORRIFIC to get rid of! Will not be staying here again and will be reporting them to the Australian health department.

This was a great hostel, just what we needed for the one night stay in Noosa. It's pretty far from the town which was a bit annoying, there is a free shuttle bus in the day time but could do with one pick up in the evening say 10pm or something. The hostel has a nice pool, bar area and does pizzas in the evening. But the bar means the hostel is no BYO booze which was a bit weird. Security was brilliant, loved the lockers with charging points in the back which meant we could leave things safely.

Bathroom pretty dingy and often had to wait to use it and toilet. Great, helpful and friendly staff, great location. No bar or cafe facility between 11am and 5pm - and a 10 minute walk to the nearest cafe. I liked that locals also frequent the bar. Liked that there was heaps of places to sit with a cigarette.

Room was basic but clean. Only a bed and a bin in room. Living area/kitchenette in apartment needed a scrub, fridge smelt vile. Main kitchen area was clean and operable. Nice courtyard area, however, Wifi very slow. Staff (particularly Amber) were very helpful and seemed to do a great job.

Really nice place, and in a beauitful area however the staff were so rude, and we rented out the free kayaks, one of the kayaks broke down on the river and we got told it was our fault even though noone told us anything about the faults that were in some of the kayaks, and then they made us kayak back on them, did not help us one bit despite the fact they were broke.

One or two more toilets and sinks in the bathroom would be convenient, especially for busy times in the morning and at night. And maybe you could add some towels for drying your own dishes in the cuttlery bag as the towels in the kitchen are always wet and smell bad. Otherwise very good place to be!

location: 10min busshuttle from main beach, noosa nationalpark etc. shuttle runs until 6pm so there's no possibility to come back later (unless you walk - allone in the dark) or take a cap. staff: if you asked they helped you, but no information at all without asking small rooms, pool not worth to mention

Isn't it annoying when there are permanent residents in hostel who've spread their belongings all over the dorm? Even worse when that person works at the hostel! The guy watched us repeatedly step over his large suitcase right in the middle of the room making no attempt to tidy up. Other than that, the hostel wasn't bad, though lacking in kitchen equipment and a bit of a distance from the beach area.

It is relatively okay overall but some improvements could be done. The shower room I went in has no hooker which is a bit inconvenient. The number of shower rooms, toilets, and sinks are probably not enough when the hostel is packed. It is a little bit noisy at night as the room are not entirely closed. However, they do have time restriction so I guess it is not too bad. Noise doesn't bother me too much anyway.

Bathrooms were poorly lit (no light in the shower), so I wonder about the long-term cleanliness of that facility. The powerpoints in the lockers were amazing though, SO helpful!
