My only problem is with HostelWorld and not with the hotel. My booking email stated that upon arrival I was to pay $431.86, but you fail to mention that tax is not included in this amount. The £32.68 that you took from me as a "deposit + Service charge" is actually a commisson for your company. I feel that because of this lack of transparency in your communication with me I shal not be using your website to book a hotel again.
