Very nice location, close to the station and right along the river. Friendly staff. Nice pub downstairs that's open to the public. Had some live music.

The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff - even the burly night-shift guy - were very pleasant and helpful. Hanging out at the hostel on Saturday night was great; live music, pool, fun crowd (oh, and Welsh cider rules!!!). The breakfast was rather generous, I was very happy about the abundant presence of fruit. Getting to the dorms was a little labyrinth-like, but I think that is also why you couldn't hear much noise from other rooms. I would definitely come and stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Nosda. The staff were very friendly and helpful with loads of advice of what to see and do around cardiff. It had a nice bar and there was an open mic night while we were there which was good fun! The rooms and bathrooms were always clean! Nosda is direcly opposite to the Millenium stadium which is an awesome sight to wake up to and is close to the city centre and Cardiff Bay. I would highly reccomend this hostel to anyone who wanted to stay in cardiff

Nos Da is a lovely hostel, the staff are friendly and approachable, the rooms are clean, the beds are pretty comfy, you feel safe and secure, it's an easy stroll into the city centre or down into Bute Park, plus there's the Farmer's Market right next door on Sunday morning where I highly recommend the falafel wraps and veggie burgers! I really enjoyed my short stay there and it'll be the first place I think of when I'm back in Cardiff.

Loved this hostel, perfect location, great room overlooking millenium stadium (twin private), cleaned daily including making your bed (dont get that very often), great bar downstairs, free breakfast, good facilites, friendly staff, commonroom as well as the bar, with wi-fi and book exhange, plus vending machine. Cannot ask for any more from a Hostel.

Had a great experience at NosDa. Only complaints are noises at night (the doors slam) and no soap. Breakfast was great, plenty of space in the rooms, easy walk to train station and city centre.

Had a great stay with you, and will be recommending to others to stay. And thank you to Claire for showing my friend (Stixs) and I around the area :) Regards Wayne

The staff were lovely, especially on arrival when I wanted to know how to get around the place. The power points by the bed were very useful, but better would be some in the bathrooms (couldn't use my hairdryer anywhere in the morning). Better/more lockers would have been reassuring too, although I had no troubles with my things left out. A great hostel, excellent location, would highly recommend it.

I have often been to Nos Da to watch the rugby. Now I have stayed there I would not hesitate to stay again. It was value for money considering the prices of Hotels in Cardiff on the weekend and was very clean!

The staff was wonderful! Excellent doesn't really begin to say it. I would absolutely love to stay there again. The attached restaurant bar was loads of fun.

Nice hostel, but our room above the bar was noisy late into the night, mostly from an exhaust fan but also from music and people talking.

Open mic nights on Wednesday. Free pint if you play a song. Toilet stall doors still don't close though.

The Girls bathroom could have been cleaner, lots a mouldy shower curtains. Otherwise breakfast is good, wifi is free and rooms were clean

Only the showers was a bit a problem, because the water is really very (too) hot and there is no place to put the clothes.
