This is a great little place with fantastic staff! Many thanks to Elvis for helpng to arrange my onward travel!! I was there in the "off" season, so it was a little quiet, but you can tell it'd be great fun in the busier times. The location is great - a very short walk into town, a nice walk down to the beaches, and right near a minibus stand for travel to neighbouring areas. (I highly recommend a restaurant called Table for pizza - delicious!!)

A nice place for chilling out and relaxing. Cozy dorms, good kitchen and a great outdoor area and bar. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most of people I met there were couples travelling the Garden Route - so if you´re a party animal, Nothando might not be the place for you. Anyways, I would definitely reccomend this place.

Amazing hostel with some amazing staff members. Even though the hostel wasn't very busy, there were still plenty of people to have a conversation with. Elvis and Stephanie deserve a special mention for their tireless work and kindness to every guest.

What a great place to stay! We were at Nothando's for 5 nights and it really felt like a home away from home. The double ensuite room is nice and clean. The kitchen is big and has everything you need to prepare a good meal. There is even a braai there if you want to use it. The living room is very cosy. And the staff very helpfull and friendly. Location is also perfect. Very good budget option in Plettenberg Bay!
