The most amazing apartment I have ever stayed on. We booked a room/an apartment and they offered us a two floors apartment as it was not occupied by the time we arrived and for the same price. Close to the subway and everything very clean and very organized. Not that far away from the Train Station. Staff was very friendly and tried to help us the best way they could. When I go back to Budapest, for sure I am staying with them. I advise you to do the same. Just pay attention on the office hours.

The apartment was amazing. really roomy and had everything we wanted. The building we were in though, not so great. The door handle on our apartment was broken, and the elevators sometimes did not work (and we were on the 6th floor. overall though, really nice!

Very nice appartment, better than expected! The staff were very helpfull with pointing us in the right direction and arranging transport to and from the airport, they even gave us chocolate on out arrival and departure. Perfect location to discover the city and very close to some great ruins bars just a few streets down. I cant fault anything with Nova Apartments and will definitely stay there again next time I visit Budapest!

Although we booked a 2-bed ensuite, we were offered a large, really nice 3+2 bed appartment for the same price.

They were very accommodating to our flight being majorly delayed, thus shortening our trip to Budapest. The apartment was really nice, and perfect for us! It would be nice to go back in the summer to enjoy the balcony!

Great apartments. Visited in January and we were upgraded to a huge apartment as it wasn't v busy! Staff were v helpful.

Nova Apartments was a TERRIBILE experience for us. We communicated that our time of arrival in Budapest is in the night and as the office is closed at that time they said us that they would have left the key of our apartment to the guard boy near the office. The guard boy take us to the building but he didn’t know the number of our apartment and in that building there were about 70 apartments!! The guard boy tried to open different doors but without any results: he didn’t speak English (or German or French

We didn't have much interaction with staff but they suggest a great restaurant to eat at. We only stayed one night but if go back and stay for longer, it's very central and value for money.

Was a lovely apartment and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend the place to others. My one issue was with the wi-fi, however. Staying up on the 7th floor we could barely connect to it most of the time and when we could it was slow and unreliable. We eventually mentioned it and got the wifi dongle, but that was limited and should have been given at the start knowing we would be on the 7th floor. Other than that, perfect.

Great accomodation in Budapest - probably my favorite so far! Good location, great room, spacious, clean, modern - great and helpfull staff! Definitely recommended and will go back to it next time in Budapest!

everything perfect. the apartment was huge, confortable and hot (thing that musnt be underestimate in budapest during the wintertime). we were provided of internet, free wifi, free bike rental, free dvds rental and daily new sheet and duvet. the personal was more then polite. wow!
