Nova is nestled in a little quiet street in a beautiful pre-revolutionary building that is finely located in the very city center in the oldest merchant district Kitai Gorod, which is one of the oldest historical parts of Moscow. It joins the Kremlin from the east side, and Moscow River - from the south side.

Nowadays Kitai-Gorod ranges among the nine 'preserving zones' that were created by the government decision. It is not allowed to put up new constructions here. The restored old mansions and churches are used as museums, concert halls and other cultural institutes. Numerous cafes, shops, clubs are situated in this safe area. It takes you only 4 minutes by walking from the metro station Kitai Gorod, a 10 minutes walk to the Red Square, a stone's throw to many sights of the city.

The kitchen has all necessary facilities for cooking. There is a spacious sitting-room with armchairs and sofas around the table where you can rest and chat with friends, watch TV, DVD and play table games in the high ceiling apartment.
