Lucita (the manager) is a very kind and very accommodating hostess (with very good English)!!! She will give you any information you would like to know; she will even call any place/ bus line to find out information for you if you are not comfortable with your Spanish! The rooms are beautiful and have a level of cleanliness I have never seen in Guatemala (I have been here for five months). The hostel itself is located in a residential area so it is very safe. Again, beautiful and clean!
