Our apartment is situated in central district of Novosibirsk. 4 minutes walk from the metro station Marshal Pokrishkin and 10 minutes walk from the Krasniy Prospect. You can use metro from main train station.

Our apartment is more like renting a modern, new, clean flat with many facilities, than staying in a hostel, it is more comfortable and private than stay at the hotel. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people (one sofa consisting of two beds, and one double-level bed). The apartment consists of a 26 sq m room, 12 sq m full-equipped kitchen, balcony, corridor with wardrobe and bathroom with toilet. Supermarket where you can buy food and necessary things is located in 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

In the kitchen, there's an automatic washing machine(washing powder for free is include), refrigerator with simple food like bread, eggs, butter and milk or yogurt for your self-service breakfast(if you prefer some special food you can ask staff for it or write in advance and order it), Bosch electric stove, toaster, kettle, and many utensils. Tea and coffee is free. The room has lockers for valuable things, a large round table, shelves for books, modern TV set, computer with free internet and print-scan device.

Our friendly staff will provide you with all the necessary information about cultural events, sightseeing, and anything else that may be of interest to you, and will be happy to assist you in everything. We can help you with buying railway tickets and Taxi Reservation. Please write in advance your time of arrival, train and wagon and we will meet you at the railway station.
