This hostel is cool place to chill and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're home! No complaining about a late check out or something like that, it's a really cool place and helpfull staff :)

It`s a really cool hostel with nice people, cool travellers and a relaxed environment! Rooms are nice and cheap, it has a fully equiped kitchen, a place to watch TV or play the guitar and clean toilets. The neighbourhood (Barrio Brazil) is really local with friendly people and grafittis everywhere! The park (Plaza Brazil) a few blocks away is a place to relax and the metro station is 2/3 blocks away. You can walk towards the city center (about 10 minutes) or just take the metro.

We had a great first stay at this hostel, & returned a few weeks later to find things had gone downhill somewhat... the hostel is really cold - there's sufficient bedding, but the kitchen, bathrooms and common areas are uncomfortably cold. And although the staff are friendly, they are just never around! The facilities are clean enough, and the dog is cute but needs to be trained - pooping in the kitchen and yapping loudly and often is not exactly ideal! Hot water, good kitchen & comfy beds tho.

Very nice atmosphere, well equiped kitchen, recommended for those who tend to spend some time in the hostel and appraciate homelike atmosphere. 20 minutes on foot to the main square, 5 minutes to the big supermarket.

I stayed for 4 days in this hostel and I loved it! The rooms are big and clean, all the walls in the hostel are painted in lovely colours, there's a lot of space to eat and cook and they even have a living room where you can hang around with other guests. Barrio Brasil is a nice area to wander around and relax but also to have some beers during the evening. I really admire the owner of the hostel because she does everything by herself. Her funny dog Pataca made me happy every day!

Not nice. The bathroom was terrible and the water heater didn't work properly. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Wouldn't stay there again..

We have only stayed for one night, so we didnt really know the hostel. It seems a very nice little hostel with a good equiped kitchen and a little outdoor space. The room on the streetside might be a little noisy, but nothing too bad. Friendly staff.

This hostel does not exist. When I arrived at the indicated address I did not see any sign of the hostel. Nobody opened the door when I knocked nor answered when I called the indicated phone number. I had to look for other accomodation and paid extra USD 50.00. Please delete this option from your list of hostels in Santiago for not misleading any traveller more.

The hostel had a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. A great place to relax in a quiet area of the city but only 10 minutes from the centre.

I wouldn't recommend to no one. First of all it seemed to be an average hostel, the problem that I had there was with the guy who kind of stole my money. I have paid the guy who's part of the stuff and he after all said that I haven't paid, because they don't give a receipt, I have paid 20.000 Chileans pesos and he took 3.000 more after all saying that it was for a key deposit that in the end he would give me back. In my check out he sad that I havent Paid and kept the 3.000, DON'T GO THERE!

The hostel was totally clean but the staff was sometimes rude and almost cleaning freaks. They always had to walk through our room to get to the clothes drying reck and asked us to tidy up all the time but the room was totally tidy! The highlight was that we were not allowed to stay longer in the hostel after check-out - they kicked us out!

Mark was one of the most friendly staff guys I met in my life. The kitchen and the rooms are ok. The bathroom there are hot water but people don't understand how they can use. Also, they have music playing almost all the time. Good vibe there!

This is a good hostel; not in the very centre of the city, but in the autentic barrio brasil. it was totally worth it's money. the staff is very helpful and nice, the kitchen is one of the best i've seen while travelling. and there is a very cute hosteldog, very amusing you when just want to have a lazy day in the hostel. the big dorm is a bit noisy because of the street and the bathrooms are improvised. long story short - a thumb up for this hostel.

The location is good (there is a subway station close by and the city centre is a 30min walk from the hostel). The building itself is a bit oled, but the place is clean. Great place to meet other travellers (there is a separate sitting area and a spacious kitchen). The staff is amazing! Thank you for everything!

I had such a great time at this hostel. The gentlemen there were very kind and helpful. It is a very laid back hostel- if you're looking for a hotel or something super upscale, go get that. This is PERFECT for the traveler looking to kick back, relax, and have a laid hostel. I have traveled on 5 continents, and found this place welcoming and helpful. The staff helped me find my way to the bus station. The facilities were perfectly acceptable. It is a small hostel, it felt like family.
