Bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were dirty. Room was too small. Little bit noisy. Bathroom was okay. Good location.

Very comfortable room. Little noisy from the street , staff not overly friendly but very helpful giving me instructions for best and cheapest way to get to airport. Had trouble finding place as sign outside was not same as hotel name. Great shower and bath with heaps of hot water and wi fi worked great. Overall very comfortable, relaxing place to stay in great location, would recomnend

Stayed here for two nights during Semana Santa. Good location, but staff was generally unhelpful and unimpressive. Free international calls a perk, as was the coffee/hot water being available throughout the day. As far as places go in Seville, I think you can find a more charming place with better service. I wouldn't necessarily endorse this one, but if you book, temper your expectations.

I was not in Nuevo Pivo, I was in Nuevo Suizo ( the same owner). We expect that we will be in Nuevo Pivo, but they changed our hostel and room, and really i liked more than Nuevo Pivo. So my Feedback is not for Nuevo Pivo but for Nuevo Suizo. Really it was incredible , much better than the first one. Thank you that you change my hostel:))

It was awesome! Special thanks to Dennis of the staff! when I arrived there was a problem with the water supply in Nuevo Pino, so Dennis reserved another room for me in their partner establishment Nuevo Suozo. I had a great night´s sleep there. The atmosphere and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Service with a smile. =)

The staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped us book a partner hostel in Granada. It was great being able to make our own tea/coffee whenever we wanted. We stayed in a three-bed room with shared bathroom on the top floor. No lift, but that was ok because we just had day bags. Sharing the bathroom was not a problem, they kept it very clean and there weren't many people sharing it with us. The building itself was cold but we could make our room very warm with the heating! Great stay.

I really enjoy the place. The only bad thing was that on the third floor the wifi didnt work and the room was freezing. Location and staff were excellent.
