The good things about this hotel: breakfast, good location, and cheap. The problem was: very noisy (you can hear everything, especially in the morning once they were setting up and having breakfast) and there is only one bathroom per floor which was NOT enough. Our room was tiny tiny with VERY uncomfortable beds and a pillow so thin you might as well not have one. I'm not usually very picky about hostels, but I wouldn't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Not the most comfortable beds but great place for the price. It's in a quiet and great location. Very nice staff!

Small and very basic, but excellent for city centre, historic district and places to eat. Inexpensive, you get what you pay for.

I really enjoyed staying at the nuevo suizo. I contacted the nuevo suizo beforehand and took advantage of the pickup service they offer for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is located in the backyard of one of the main shopping streets of Seville called Sierpes, but still calm although being that central. The beds are comfortable. Further to this: + free international calls + free breakfast + free hot beverages all day + TV in room + excellent wifi access + heating

As our room was next to reception it was rather noisy when people came in late and when furniture was rearranged for breakfast in the mornings but overall our stay was very satisfactory.

We had a bad surprise we found BEDBUGS in the room. Of course, it was a known issue of the establishment since there were some previous traces of blood on the sheets. After our complaint, they moved us to another room wich was straight in the dining room and making it hard to sleep while all the hostal was having breakfast. If you pay by credit card they add a 4% fee. But when you pay cash you have to ASK to get the bill for the room otherwise there is no proof of the transaction.

The overall rating is 90% but some aspects are not evaluated. 70% would be more appropriate. The coffee machine is extremely noisy and can be heard form the rooms on the first floor. Guests chatting at night on the steps at the entrance forced me to keep the window closed (luckily it was october). There is only one bathroom per floor, definetly not enough. If you don't mind these things it's a really nice place.

Excellent location, lovely staff, 24 hr desk, free use of a PC with wi-fi, room perfectly adequate (we had the three bed with en suite), air conditioning worked well and was sure needed even in October, basic continental breakfast fine. Couldn't be bettered for the price. Advertises free transport to and from airport but couldn't provide it for us when we asked for it for the return trip - offered discount taxi but then couldn't book that either. No big deal - the public bus is cheap/efficient.

Owner Comment (Show)
Thank you very much for your coment. The free pick up service, as clearly indicated on the page is FROM the airport only and not TO the airport. We are sorry we could not serve you this time, hope you take advantage of it next time.

It feels smaller than it looks in the pictures. The staff is nice and having tea or coffe for free all days gives some nice atmosphere to common areas. Rooms are small and basic, but nothing wrong with them.

A omost enjoyable stay, lovely breakfast, free internet and yu can even make a free international call if need be, Cool roof terrace too. Maybe a bit cramped downstairs and so worth requesting not to stay on the ground floor as its quite noisy. The staff are so helpful and pleasant they really made the hostel for me. Allow some leniancy with check out times too, which is always a nice gesture.

Loved the location and vibe of the hostel. A very cool building. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, some more than others. There were no lockersin our room but didn't really stress about security. Rooftop terrace was awesome. Cannot go past this location though, highly recommend.

We have experienced a real nice stay. I was travelling toghether with my 16 year old daughter and loved to be able to relax on the terrace. The room maybe a bit small, but very clean. Friendly, perfect location, breakfast okay... I would definately stay again if I'll get back to Sevilla. 1/09/2011

Very good value. Cons: the building is a bit old inside, the electric air freshner in the room was disgusting and over-powering, the bed was rather uncomfortable Pros: A/C, helpful staff, great location, nice free breakfast/coffee, clean common bathrooms, hot water. good sized room (I was in a single), buildling had a lot of character.
