This hostel used any space possible to make rooms for people to stay in. Of the three floors, total of over 50+ people, and just 3 bathrooms. Even worse, the bathrooms were combined with the showers, so to brush your teeth you had to wait for someone to finish showering. Ground floor rooms opened directly into the lobby, which was very loud. To leave the room and walk through the lobby to go to bathroom. Poorly placed power outlets as well. One outlet in our private room, next to the door.

It was a nice hostel, but the bed and pillos weren't good.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating of our needs. We were able to leave our luggage while we spent the day sight-seeing. A pleasant experience for our first stay in a hostel!

The charging port didn't work! The hostel is a mix of a hostel and a hotel so people of different age groups were there. Staff mostly speaks Spanish. I was in a 10 mixed bedroom dorm and other than a lady, the rest of the people were dentists from some Spanish University. They made a lot of noise in the night.. they were coming and going. Switching on the lights often. Speaking at loud volumes. Then they came back drunk in the morning and misbehaved and the hostel staff didn't do anything.

- can't close the windows - showers are dirty / due to open window there are mosquitoes in the shower (in the evening) - if you only need a bed, when you're drunk... go for it.

The staffs were very kind. Thank you!

Very unfriendly staff. Room with terrible location, next to the front and reception door. Just one toilet per floor with bad cleaning. No actual kitchen. Just a room with a microwave. Not enough capacity for breakfast. And not enough food. Bad location if you want to park your car, but good to visit the city by walk.

Good location and helpful staff.

What a mess. The only good thing was the location. I thought all the staff were rude! The shared dorm is a joke - a curtain into the lobby. Guests wondering trough. No ladders to top bunk. The security was terrible. No keys. Anyone can wonder in and out. Slow wifi. The breakfast was okay but never plates or cups. Every morning had to ask. Will never go back.
