About Number Twenty
We are part of a 17th century Dutch mansion built in 1673 which has been modified to accommodate up to 20 guest either in double or twin rooms.
The rooms are either double or twin bedded, individual air condititioned, spacious and have windows with wooden shutters, contemporary furnishing and ambient lighting contrasting with 17th century Dutch architecture creates the setting for a cool comfortable urban heritage casual style.
We have shared bathrooms with hot and cold showers and have retained the grand first floor space intact as a spacious lounge with large floor to ceiling balcony windows which open out on to the famous Jonker Walk but sheltered from the sun. You can watch T.V. or a movie on our 50 inch flat screen plasma T.V. with satelite channels, surf the internet, free Wifi for lap top users, or read a book whatever you do you will find yourself in a relaxing friendly environment.
Please take note:
(a) Not suitable for children under 12.
(b) Not suitable for persons who r allergic to or dont like cats.
(c) Locals who do not have experience of guesthouse/homestay should not stay with us.
(d) Can be noisy at weekends during the night market which is held in Jonker Walk every week end until 1am. If you are not a city/urbanite person this is not the place for you.
(e) Bank holidays room rate is 52.50MYR per persons.
NONE SMOKING throughout except on the roof terrace.
