Very nice and clean B&B. Its a simple and modest apartment, you get your own bathroom and AC which is great for the summer. The apartment is in a gated complex (the door to walk through is open) and the apartment number is C4, which is in the back of the complex (I had a hard time finding where exactly it was). The train station is literally a block away which was very convenient. Overall I would definitely come back. Great B&B!

Close to the airport as it's super close to train station. Train station is 5 mins walking distance and 3 stops before the airport. Unfortunately there's not much around that area though - unless you have a car. Place is very clean and perfect for an overnight in Rome if you have a flight the next day.

Very nice place. I wish we had more time to relax since we only had a few hours to rest. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Massimo was absolutely wonderful! The room was great and it's located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's hard to find, but worth it.

Excellent and outstanding service, good location to City Center, access to public transport to all monuments in Rome. Highly recommended....

I booked this room last minute, as I was only in Rome for an overnight stay. It was relatively easy to find (just use the directions provided upon reserving); it's tucked away in a small, gated community. Massimo, the proprietor/staff member, was nice and accommodating. It's ideal if you're flying out of Fiumicino the following day; not so much if isn't the case, as it's a bit far from the center. And there isn't much around. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable for the night's stay.
