Good hostel, with clean rooms, good and helpfull personal and a very nice and big terace with an wonderful view over the old town. Situated a little bit far from the center, but in front of the hostel it's the bus station and with bus nr 3 you are in the center in 15 minutes. Also from the airport it took 30-40 minutes to the hostel with buses nr 1 then 6. Resonable breakfast. Quiet zone in a good neighbourhood. Recomend it.

They should tell before that after 10 pm there is no way to reach the hotel from the airport by public transport.

A bit far from the city center/station/airport but easy to get there by frequent buses. Very clean hostel in a very quiet area.

They reserved a taxi for us to pick us in the airport that never came. That's why we decided not to stay there and to go to a more convenient location.

The hostel was a bit far from the old city, but good transport system.

Rooms are big and bright, with big terrace (with ashtray!). there is a solarium on the third floor where you can relax after a day touring the beautiful Bergamo and surroundings.

the hostel was great but a little bit far from the center. if you travel alone to Bergamo/Lombardy, this hostel is the best choice

People who work in the Hostel are lovely. They are extremely nice.

The stay there was great, the staff were very nice,police and helpfull, they give us great informations about the city and also helpfull informations how to go to other city.

The staff was very rude when we had questions and concerns, it was very expensive for one night, and it was not within walking distance to any major transportation.

Very nice place to stay in Bergamo. The staff are friendly and you have many facilities in the hostel. A little bit far from the city center. I recommend this plance and I'll be back.

It was generally clean, but very far from the city centre. Early morning/late night flights are quite unfortunate, as there is no public bus service in those hours. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was ok.

Clean,quiet

This is the last Hostel that l want to stay in Bergamho. Some staff are impatient. The food is bad. The word "bad" is beyond your imagination.

breakfast time a bit begins too late (8:00am), because we need more time on transporting due to the far-away location . Maybe can start from 7am

I've spend two nights in this Hostel and I was very pleased. The rooms were clean and not too small. The staff was nice, but you had to ask them for everything. When you asked, they where very helpful. Breakfast was a lot better than in other hostels, but way far from good ;-D ... well. It was ok. If I ever need to stay in bergamo again, I surely come back.

Hostel was tidy, clean, good value for money, and with a decent breakfast included! Only tiny thing, could be a bit difficult to reach if you depend on public transport and maybe land late in the evening. For the rest, great place, will definitely be back there next time!

Great staff :) location is cute but far from train station. Payment is some expensive a specially to compare to hostels in other cities but Bergamo is very nice and cute :)
