A lot of noice during night, no security at all

Wonderful hostel, they got all you might need for a perfect stay. We only had a few difficulties finding the place but we weren't well prepared so it might not be the same for everyone. It is also a bit far from the city, you cannot do it by walk. Otherwise the Hostel itself is practically perfect

Overall, this is the best hostel I have stayed at. Although it's location is a bit far away from ''things-to-do'' in Bergamo, the staff is very helpful in pointing you in the right direction to get where you're going. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it's very close to the Milano/Bergamo airport. Questa ostello e' il megliore durante il mio viaggio in italia. Il sito e' un po' lungo da Citta' Alta e Citta Bassa, ma i staff sono servizievole con dirizione alle attrazione.

The hostel met our expectations and we were offered a nice room with good views and basic furniture which was more than enough for a quick stay in Bergamo. The only drawback were the noises at night: every day we could hear around 6 a.m. whoever having a shower and thirty minutes later the heating was switching on automatically for more than one hour...and it was quite noisy too. Get earplugs and this will be your hostel in Bergamo, no doubt!. Special mention to Giordano!Nicest guy there!

The hostel is great for young people, because is cheap and the standard is quite high. Very nice staff, tourist information. The access at night (after 11.00 pm.) could be the only problem. Otherwise is really nice.

Pros: calm and safe location, the staff is really helpful Cons: literally no access to the kitchen (there were only two dirty microwaves), no heating at all at the end of October! (we caught a cold after one night's stay in a room where the temperature was about 16 degrees!)

The room was very clean and the hostel was very quiet at night. The roof terrace is great. Our twin room had a bathroom which was great as well as a balcony (I think that most rooms have a bathroom +balcony).

the location was too far from main street Bergamo. I arrived at 11p.m. at the central station Bergamo. And the bus to hostel is finished at 8 or 9! (the thing they never mentioned on the website) So It was really tough to get their. It is too far from station and too complicated. the only way was catching a taxi. Anyway it's really calm and located at a clean and nice place, but not for backpackers unless u have a car. plus, the room was really cold. they give you 2 blankets but still cold.

The bus stops going at 20.00 so we had to get a cab. Think it was expensive if you compare to what you get. The hostel isn't very nice, breakfast was ok, room was ok and location was a bit far out.

Nice hostel, great location with view on old town, good breakfast (in Italy), a bit poor equipment on a room, but suitable for a few days.

In general - it`s a normal place to spent a night. But nothing more. I`ve been waiting for the room for 1,5 hours after supposed time... For everything like towels, keys and whatever the deposit is needed... Room are very simple, even with one plug for 8 ppl only!

I tried to call many times to change my reservation days, and the guy in reception dind't let me say anything. He just said, email me. I emailhim three times, and called him again to ask about my response. In the end I travelled without any confirmation of my reservation. The hostel is a little bit far, but in an residential and very beautiful area. If you arrive at night it's a bit weird. It is very trick to get there, but if you ask for information, people can help.

I stayed for one night only and it was good. However - no lights by the beds - made it difficult to move around (soem people went to sleep at 9pm already, to the light stayed off). Bathroom in a room for 8 people - not the best idea. Some peopel are already sleeping, some need to get up very early (most of the people in teh room were catching their flights the next morning). If there would beat least one bathroom outside - it would make things mouch easier. Especially that you don't have the bat

I booked in advance but they made me change rooms the second day so I had to check out before 10am and wasn't able to check back in until 2pm so I had to carry my things with me since I didn't want to leave everything in my rucksack in the bagroom . Pretty lame. Then, they put me in a room with a crazy old naked german man that smelled like dirty feet before I complained and then they moved me to a room where some kid puked all over himself at 2am. I liked the first room fine - why move me?

Good hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms like in hotel with balcony. Good bus connection with town center.

Very good place to stay with magnificent view from the balconies and wonderful terrace on top of the roof. The only bad thing is only one plug in each room so it is dificult to charge anything. Location is very nice although a little bit far from the city center, but still wonderful place to stay.

Very friendly staffs and really nice place. The pizza delivery service was pretty good and I am looking forward for my vacation in Bergamo.
