Terribly noisy hostal. Do not expect to sleep during nights. You hear all internal and external noises. Comfort is very rough (no hot water in the showers) in an old building. Very kind and helpful staff however, and warm and friendly atmosphere. Therefore, the value for the money is good, owing to the location.

- we were awakened at 7:00 am and they came into the room to find a water leak and rupture was not there, was in a room near that was empty! - The shower water was cold -The network wifi only works in the hallway. -The linens were old and there was no heating, it was cold. -Had ashtrays everywhere! -I would not recommend this hostel, we decided to stay one more night and we quickly find a very nice hostel for a similar price (cheaper!)

It may look a little on the sketchy side but it is clean and there is plenty of hot water. We also had a bidet. The hostel is a 5 minute walk from the Tribunal metro making the location ideal, but the facilities are more like a low budget hotel than a hostel. There is no "backpacker" community, shared kitchen, or lounge atmosphere. You get your own room key that you turn in for security reasons when you leave and they clean your room and change your sheets each day.

A decent, old-fashioned hotel that is not without charms. Simple rooms with basic furniture, can be quite cold in the winter (blankets supplied). Clean. Good location. Not too noisy for the area. I did not stay long enough to judge security or other facilities staff was friendly for check-in and check-out.
