Very nice and helpful staff and the kind of atmosphere that you want when you go to a place like Santiago. I would go there again!

Dirty place to stay. No wireless nor breakfast. There are big amonts of powder under the beds. The bathrooms are very dirty too, smelling like urine(also, there are only two for more than 30 people). The staff are very rude. I would recommend it only to an enemy.

Nice staff and located in the old town. Common room is in the basement and doesn't have much atmosphere.

I did not have a chance to stay with them but they were also helpful. The owner helped me even though he did not have to. Another great place and location!

If you don´t mind feeling like you´re camping when you´re in a hostel, then this place is fine. It´s an easy walking distance to everything. However, it wasn´t at all clean. There were ants crawling on the floor of my room, dust and cobwebs in every corner, and there was hair on my sheets and pillow when I arrived.   Read Owner Comments
