We had to ask for a room key, would have expected this as standard. Staff were friendly but badly organized. Room and bathroom were clean but communal areas all smelt of smoke. Only one shower working.

Staff was great and very helpfull. Give me options of where to go and what to do. It was not busy but very easy going def good location to busstation and easy.to get around town

Was great and loads of fun! The staff were loads of help and met a lot of people there! Free pool was a bonus although the wifi didn't work too well, but in the long run this was great as it gives you a break from the real world! Highly recommend them!

Stephen and Stephen were both great! Very friendly and welcoming!! Made me tea in the mornings before I left for Phi Phi, and then for the airport. My first stay i was in the 3 bed dorm and the mattress was really hard! But I didnt mind too much cos I dont mind harder mattresses. My 2nd stay was in the 4 bed dorm, much softer mattress =) This is a great hostel to stay at if you are stopping in phuket town to go to Phi Phi!! =D

The rooms are based above a bar but the sound doesnt carry up to the second floor where I was which was a bonus as i was very tired, but the matress felt like wood and the bed creaked everytime i moved. The showers were cold and only 1 shower (out of 3) worked. The staff were friendly, but I had to wait for a couple of hours when i got there for my room to be ready. The location to the bus terminal is perfect (although not 3 mins, more like 7 or 8)

The people (both the staff & people hanging around at the bar / upstair's accommodation area) were very good, friendly and helpful w/relaxed atmosphere, which I believe is the strongest point for this GH. The fact that the individual room does not have any key ! could be interpreted as a "security" track-record proven. The shower, however, leaves much to be desired; needs repair job urgently.

The rooms were clean and the staff polite. The showers heads were all broken so you had to hold it to shower, not a problem for myself...but some may be inconvenienced by it. The hostel as a whole looked very battered, and was not as lively as it makesout on the site. English was limited, so staff were unable to tell us how to find anything in Phuket town.

What a wonderful place, very friendly staff, everything is nice and clean. They were remodelling their showers... so in the future it will be even better! It is atop a bar, but the soundproofing is so good... we didn't hear anything.

A really friendly place. I only stayed one night for a much needed stop over before moving on. I will definitely return though if I go to Phuket again!

we did not have the best time, There was no lock on our door, so a bit unnerving, the beds were not comfortable, they were more like wooden mattress, sooo hard. and the person in charge , well lets say not on best form. but the pub was not bad, with free pool
