The staff wasn´t helpful at all, the bathroom and the shower were not clean and in horrible shape. A kid got kis I pod stolen the first night so everyone was afraid of leaving anything outside! there was no security whatsoever in the place. the breakfast was poor and the sheets looked like they weren't washed in ages. I do not recommend this hostel AT ALL, jsut if you have no other option

Very unclean, no staff around most of the time, breakfast was shocking, stale bread and rotten fruit. Very disappointing.

Pleasant enough hostel, staff were friendly, quick walk into town centre. Kitchen facilities were a little basic but that aside all good.

The bathroom was not clean, there was a very bad smell of baked hamburgers. Due to the rain, the bathroom, bedsheets and floor were wet and therefore very uncomfortable to stay. TV also did not work. Breakfast was poor.

Positive: Location (but the one indicated on the map is NOT correct!!), cheap, ok breakfast Negative: No character, staff never asked/said anything personal like where I was from, where I could go in the city (even though I speak Portuguese), the bathroom (I think there was only one..?) and lockers are downstairs and half-outside and my dorm upstairs, which was not very..convenient
