Fantastic welcome, wonderful private ensuite room with character...great decor, relaxed feel & great location...what with breakfast thrown in it beat vila madalena hostel which surprised me & I would definitely come back again. Wonderful!

Very friendly staff, nice chilled out atmosphere, great location, would definately recommend.

Wall is extremely thin, as our room is just near bathroom, so we can clearly hear everything everyday. Room are quite shabby, and only 1 shower provide hot water.Staff there,esp Sarah, is very kind and helpful.

Great staff, so welcoming and willing to help with finding buses and stuff. Maybe a list of sights to see would be helpful. Loved the bar!

The best thing about this place is that they have a patio on roof top. It's super chill. Staff is friendly and helpful. Over place is very small. Restrooms and showers are ok. Unsure about security. They have a locked gate at front but at night anyone is welcome to come in and party, not hostels guests.

I really liked the design of the hostel and the environment was really friendly and youthful. The staff was more than ok. We enjoyed a lot the free 'neighborhood tour', which is really necessary, as the area has a lot of hidden treasures to offer. We stayed at the double bed room, which had some minor flaws, though: the main door lock, and the shower were malfunctioning. Overall, I would recommend it.

Very warm and cozy place, would love to have less noise though afterall a hostel I guess, crew absolutely helpfull! ...very well located for VMadalena, just be aware of have enough MONEY exchange in advance, no places close and rate on front desk very low.

I stayed at the old one three years ago and it was great so it was an easy decision to come to the new one when I was back in SP. This one is even better and right in the center of everything in Vila Madalena. The common areas are great and the private ensuite room is perfect. The dorms are nice but the communal toilet room is kinda weird.

Amazing place with the most helpful staff. Located in the perfect area full of cafes, bars and restaurants. Really made me feel at home and helped me make the most of my stay at Sao Paulo.

The staff were really friendly and I was pleased by the atmosfere there. I recommend it ;)

The bedrooms and bathroom block are separate, as are reception and the bar area. This is fine in good weather, but when it rains it pours, and you get soaked when going between these rooms, and the rooms themselves get very wet. It rained 3 of the 4 days we were there so it was a major factor in our stay. Other than that, rooms are ok, good crowd, great social events in the bar and surrounding streets, very safe & good safety advice from staff, good crash spot for this city.

We had a great time in SaoPaulo, and in the hostel the people were verry helpfull. Although one bartender did not made a Caiprinhia often, want it was not good, to bet there is not allowed your own alchohol.There is a shower problem with hot water, but it their on it. Great breackfast!

Excellent location combined with kind and helpful staff. The hostel has a pretty nice bar with quite reasonable prices. You can sunbath on the terrace and cook in the outdoor kitchen. Each detail is thought, it\'s filled with colours and it has a special glow. There\'s something magical about this hostel.

such a nice hostel, staff were so friendly, went above and beyond to assist us. great vibe and lots of fun.slightly annoying you cant drink your own alcohol though

Location is quite nice and staff (especially the owner Marina) were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was decent.
