This hostel was amazing and the open concept kitchen made it great for me to eat healthy and enjoy cooking with my friends. The staff and guest were incredible and the location was safe even at late night/morning. Couldn't have left a better impression for me.

My experience in SP was totally awesome,I could not have for anything better, great place, perfect location for night life and very central to be able to see most of the best of SP. Staff were amazing people, very helpful and super friendly. I would stay there again without a question. Rock on, O de Casa Hostel!

I had a great time at O de Casa! It was really a good hostel. Dorms are clean and cosy but lockers were quite small and noisy Having them larger and wooden made would be a great deal! I also suggest having hangers on the bathroom wall since it was quite awkard changing clothes there, especially when there were other girls.

All in all, Ô de Casa is a great hostel. Especially due to the SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL STAFF. Great location. Numerous clubs, bars, pubs and ethnic restaurants at every corner, everything in walking distance, including the nearest subway station. Two negative points though: 1) they charged me a fortune per night (R$120 or so!!) just because Lollapalooza was beeing held in Sao Paulo that weekend; 2) they are not very strict about safety, there's no firm control over who comes in or out.

Excellent location, staff, and people and the front part of the hostel turns into a public bar at night, where also locals meet.. I can definetly recomend to stay at "ô de casa".. Although I never really understood what that name means... :D

Great location and very friendly staff. Will come back for sure. SP not the greatest of tourist cities, but it was worth while getting to know the culture. The hostel has amazing character and the staff is very helpfull. Not so clean, but hey, it's SP!

Great little place nestled in the very hype, very cool vila Madalena neighborhood The rooms are clean, and so are the bathrooms and toilets. In case you don't feel like checking out the chill bars that are just two or three blocks away from the hostel, they have you covered with some pretty well priced brews at the hostel bar. The breakfast is a nice touch as well. Stay there and enjoy São Paulo!

The location was excellent for transportation, great for walking, we used the metro which was close by and the area full of bars and restaurants. The accommodation was clean and hospitable. A good hostel in a good location with dorms and private rooms. Dislikes Could do with a bit more undercover in the communal areas.

The only thing lacking was a desk top computer for people to use but other than that, I loved the hostel. The need to change rooms all the time is a bit ridiculous and they could fine tune their booking system.

O de casa is by far one of the best hostels I have stay in. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location is probably one of the best in Sao Paulo with great attractions at walking distance. The breakfast included was delicious (Fruits, coffee, dulce de leche)! Ambiance is fantastic.

Awesome hostel! Not very big, though really welcoming. All the staff members, Sara, Ale, Noah, Mari, and the others, all really nice people, very friendly and helpful! They have a good bar, a nice breakfast, and everything is really clean and organized. The hostel is in Vila Madalena (really nice neighbourhood) near by the subway and many bars and night clubs. I loved it!

Noah and her colleagues @ Ô de Casa make you really feel at home. In addition, the food is tasty, they have nice beers, the rooms are clean and the hostel is in a good neighbourhood. Next time I'm in Sao Paulo, I will go again to Ô de Casa. Walter
