Newly built chain hostel, clean and modern. Has elevators, electrical sockets near beds, laundromat, but no kitchen. The common room looks nice, but blasting club music all the time makes socializing difficult. The breakfast is very expensive and when you get to the end, you learn that orange juice and croissants are extras! HORRIBLE Wi-Fi that never went faster than dial-up. The showers on my floor were closed for most of my stay, and I had to go 4 floors down.

Nice, clean and modern, good location near main Alexanderplatz metro (u-bahn) and shopping area, Berlin is a big city so the metro is a must to get around. This hostel is more like a hotel than a hostel, really nice and well looked after

I´ve stayed 3 nights there. Everything that was dirty (room, shower and toilet) on the first night was still dirty when I left, making it clear that the room was not cleaned up at all. Most of sheets available also don´t feet the mattress. It took me more than 30 min to find a proper bed one. Also the bedroom had no illumination everywhere. My bed was positioned in such a way that it was impossible to see it during the night, even with all lights on.

Staff was just ok. On the first two days I found them very unpleasant when it comes to helping tourists. Im so glad there were Lisa, a canadian guy (sorry don't remember his name) and Hattie (bartender on thursday)! They were so kind and helpful! There was music playing all the time on the lobby. What can be nice when you are just sitting there enjoying a tower of Carlsberg but is really annoying when you just woke up.

As all Hostels are its like a puzzle to maximize the amount of space you have available. But since you're not living there and it's only for a little bit it was great! One80 feels more like a hotel room with a lot of beds in it than a hostel. It is one of the cleanest hostels I have seen.

The hostel bar is pricey for a hostel bar. The rooms are unbearably hot with no ventilation. The atmosphere is a bit cold. The location is fine and the staff are great. It's an ok hostel but nothing too great.

good ubication, nice installations and cool ambient.

We rented a 4-bed room with bathroom at ONE80. Not super big, but very clean, well-decorated, and had a good shower and facilities. The location is the best! Alexanderplatz is alive 24/7; the area is filled with magic shows, markets and bars. A lot of the attractions of Berlin are close by. Staff is super friendly and helpful. WiFi is free (though not fast). Negatives: lockers for luggage (after check-out) and towels aren't free, breakfast is pricey (better to go out). Barcrawl was a lot of fun!

Checkin time is just between 3-5 o^clock. If you arrive early than checkin time. You should wait. There are lots of tired travellers who are hangin around the lobby. The 3 o'clock is too late for checkin. They need to change it.

No air con made the rooms very hot at night, and whilst the majority of staff were knowledgable, some were either new or not at all informed about the local area, therefore couldn't make suggestions on things. Despite the volume of clients, I'd appreciate a quick map run through upon arrival and a bit of advice when I got there. If current numbers of staff don't suffice, then up staffing is required, as this was definitely a shared opinion amongst fellow travellers. Decent hostel though overall.

Great location, nice dorms and friendly helpful staff.

I wouldn't reccomend this hostel to anyone. The location is great, and it is very secure, but their facilities, rules, and prices are very poor. It's a €100 fine for bringing alcohol into the hostel. You would assume that alcohol in their bar would then be cheap... but no, a cocktail is €8! The rooms were on fire, no aircon or fan, and we queued for over an hour to check in. Very disappointing. One girl on the desk was very helpful, but the other staff were usually texting instead of helping.

I arrived at 1500 at one80 hostel the line was out the door to checkin. So i decided to go for a a walk and come back later. When I returne two hours later the line was. Still out the door. I decided to line up. It tookover an hour tocheck in. I came back down at 2100 that night and the line was still out the door. Only 2 staff to check in a hugehostel. Ridicoulous. The bathroom was broken on our floor so we had to go down 4 levels just to use the bathroom. Therewas a foul smell in the hallway.

The location was perfect and the room and the bathrooms were clean. The WiFi was very good too. It was a little bit expensive though. A few comments: some people of the staff were a little bit useless when two problems appeared, i had troubles everyday with my key card that they couldnt resolve (they even thought it was me using it wrong), and when i wanted to do the laundry they said they didnt have any washing powder and couldnt do anything about it, i had to walk a long way to a place.

Wasn't able to check in until 3pm. Staff weren't very helpful.

No air conditioning is really needed! Our room had no curtains and only one opening window! Way too hot at night with 8 people in the room!

We found part of the staff very unpolite and not helpful at all. The matresses in our room were very dirty and the room was not as clean as we expected it to be

Great hostel and helpful staff. The rooms were good quality and better designed that most places we've stayed. Didn't eat there, but drinking in the bar downstairs was affordable. Great location, right next the Alexanderplatz and fairly near the nightclub areas. Bar crawl wasn't amazing, would probably be better to do some research and find some great bars yourself.

Really good location and good chill out area. Staff sometimes treated us as annoyances rather than guests but there were some lovely ones. Really good pubcrawl with great staff. Food and drinks were not very cheap. Wifi was decent. Recommend for young people looking for a central and fun hostel.
