Great location, but some staff members were quite rude, whilst others were helpful. Literally stood in front of 1 of them waiting to be politely asked what they could help with, instead was completely ignored. Male showers are terrible. There are no doors on them and no where to hang your belongings.. The water rushes out and completely floods the bathroom, which isn't cleaned the whole day pretty much..toilets were a disgrace, never got cleaned and never any paper. Possibly the worst wifi ever

The lockers we not great for storing large items and when we got to our room the bathroom smelled like urine so we just kept the door closed the entire time. Breakfast was not worth how much they were asking and there was no real ventilation in the rooms so it got very hot at night. Otherwise it's located right next to the metro/train station so you can pretty much connect to anywhere from the hostel. Also the wifi worked really well in the rooms which is a plus

The wifi sucked, but lots of fun people to meet. The bar downstairs is a fun area. Very close to Alexanderplatz. You can walk most places. The place isn't as new and industrial as it seems in the pics.

STOP BOOK NOW! This hostel is wonderful! It is in an amazing part of Berlin. I'm sorry THE BEST PART. Transport is a five minute walk away. Shopping is a four minute walk. Checkpoint Charlie is a twenty minute walk (or you can take a metro). The staff are friendly and funny. The shower was lovely! My only complaint is that it can be pricey on the weekend (because of the prime spot) and the wifi wasn't the best in my room.

Great looking hostel! Nice bar and club for those who rather stay near their beds. Security is lacking since anyone can just come in and out, but rooms have key cards so not easy to break in. Nice under-the-bed lockable luggage bins plus other smaller lockers in rooms. They seem not to tell people to pick up a set of sheets before going to their bedrooms so might end up sleeping on a plastic sheet. Luggage storage costs per hour and require coins to operate.

Genuinely amazing place to stay if you are there to explore the night life or need a place close to the important places. Staff were a bit over the top and grouchy where wasn't necessary. Honestly speaking from a person who is not into the "hostel life" I would definitely stay again!!.

Good: Central enough (Alexanderplatz train station is a few stops from Central); Not a bad price; Feels like a hotel and not a hostel; 10 floors, need a keycard to get anywrhere; clean. Bad: They have washing machines but no dryers (we went to Mitte instead, cost us €4 or so); Their wifi connection is awful because there are always too many people there using it; Men's showers only had one shower with a door which was v odd; drinks downstairs aren't too cheap at all. Reliable hostel overall!

Huge hostel, bad for solo travellers, atmosphere is shocking, staff always seemed like they didn't want to be there. Showers either didn't have a door or a half door that only went up to your chest. Toilets never had toilet paper the whole time I was there. You had to make your own bed on arrival which wasn't ideal when I arrived at 2am. Location was good could walk to Alexanderplatz but besides that pretty bad hostel. Wouldn't come back.

One80 Hostel lacks a lot of front desk staff so it made the process very slow and the staff seems like they do not care about their job. I stayed on the seventh floor and it smelt like mildew, it was disgusting. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms which made it so uncomfortable to sleep and very stuffy. Everyone who was staying in this hostel were very loud and obnoxious until 8 AM.

You'd better not go this hostel. It is located in Alexanderplatz, where big shopping malls and train stations are so it was really nice. But, that's it. No more good points. Room is not cleaned well everyday furthermore staffs cleaned wrong bed so I had to set up my stuffs again. Bathroom is really dirty and not managed properly. No shower booth is working fine. There is bad smell in the hallway. It was really noisy at the night time. Worst hostel ever.

Great location but the cleanliness was not to the best standards. Covers were not provided for the duvet, the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. The floor was dirty. Bins weren't changed. Bedding for bunk beds barely fitted. The prices for the breakfast were displayed in various places of the hostel incorrectly. Some members of staff were particularly rude and not very helpful.

Good hostel location and facilities, a few on the staff we encountered are very rude on the reception desk as if they hate there job. Disappoint that the price had gone up from what it said in my hostel world reservation and staff couldn't explain why it went up .

Stayed in a six person dorm with my friend and had a really good group of people in our room. The lady at reception wasn't the greatest (the one with brown hair, shaved on the sides and facial piercing) she was rude and made us wait for ages even though we were the only ones in the lobby. But the other staffs were great. The only other thing I could fault is not all rooms had bathrooms (ours didn't) & the shared bathroom wasn't cleaned or stocked for toilet paper the whole time we were there.

Good location right next to Alexanderplatz. The nightly pub crawl starts here so there's always tons of people to meet before you go out. They clean the bathrooms in the beginning of the week so by Wednesday they are trashed.

A good party hostel. Great location, 5 min walk from Alexander Platz which is basically the main hub of Berlin. Can rent bikes from the hostel, free walking tour an spin crawl with pick up from hostel. Bar downstairs, no lounge atmosphere. Most people at the hostel we're going hard on the grog most nights

Arrival of guests is a nervous time ,, when you are met with confusion no security facilities like padlocks for your locker in your shared room and also hidden charges,, unreasonable towel rental was another thing .

The hostel was extremely busy at all times and there were not enough people working to help all the people at the hostel. Also, the people at the front desk were kind of rude and not very helpful at all. In my opinion, it was just too much going on and not a friendly environment for a hostel.

The hostel is located in a fantastic spot, very easy to catch the underground to and from, but is one of the largest I've stayed in. There is no kitchen, and no alcohol is aloud to be brought in from outside of the hostel. The rooms were new and clean but there is extremely limited ventilation in rooms so it becomes very uncomfortable at times. There were many issues with wifi not working and over all the staff were quite rude, and not very helpful.
