Our stay at Orange was fantastic. The directions as we stepped off the boat were great and we found the hostel in no time. When we arrived we were given a great introduction to the island. The view from our room was lovely and the well stocked kitchen was an added bonus. The hostel owner was very friendly and nothing was too much to ask, he created a really friendly atmosphere in the hostel and we would recommend it to anyone.

Best welcome and info from a hostel with all the info and advice you could need + cold orange juice very appreciated. Room was quiet and cool and perfect base for exploring. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. Thanks!

Just completed a stay in a double room with private bathroom. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Room is small but adequate. I feel for the price that it is on the money as Hvar is relatively expensive. Few negatives were that the bathroom had a really bad smell for a few days from the drains and the WiFi occasionally dropped out, but a strong signal and decent speed when it was working. (was only down for about 2% of the time) I would recommend if you are on a budget as a couple

We felt this place was overpriced. You are basically paying to stay in a good location. Other positives include a nice shared garden area, full kitchen, air con in the rooms & a nice sized bedroom. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful providing a detailed map of town. The downside is the fact that the room and facilities were quite dated and uncomfortable. Also, our room was dark and damp with a very strong mold smell - it was really bad. Wifi was very poor in the room & hit or miss in garden

Thanks for a great stay. We loved all the orange!! The information the host gave us upon arrival was very helpful.

A lovely big room for 3 with a beautiful view and private bathroom. A short walk to nearest beach and not much further to walk down into the harbour. A lovely welcome by the family and nice to meet the other guests in our shared kitchen. Allowed us to leave our luggage with them so we could enjoy our last few hours before the ferry, great!

Great Hostel, super friendly host. We received orange juice on arrival and a full low down of where everything was in Hvar. Great location, please be aware there is no real communal area like a hostel so if you are looking to meet people head to Kiva Bar. Will stay again in future.

We had a very pleasant stay in Orange hostel! The location was great; just a short walk up from the coast and the staff were friendly. We were delighted after a long day travelling to be welcomed with a cold glass of orange juice. The value for money was also good with the town being far more expensive generally. The only thing was the room - although it had good facilities: air conditioning, ensuite, kitchen, hair dryer, and was clean, it was very dark and the smell was too strong and musty.

Lovely hostel very close to everything, very clean and a well equipped kitchen. Although the host was not there when we arrived he met us later and was very welcoming; brilliant place to stay.

Just a bit walking from the beach and it is in good location if you would like a quiet stay. Value for money. You also have a simple kitchen you can use. And you can leave your luggage after check out. They have a comfortable garden as well.

Nice clean apartments, with a beautiful view over the ocean. The beds are comfortable and the showers decent. over all, combined with the closeness to town, a good base to start exploring from.

It is a bit inconvenient as the kitchen/pantry is in a separate building from the room.

Shame that the main man who runs it was not around but the room we had was lovely and spacious with a great view from the balcony.

I have never paid so little for a good private room! In most European countries a room like this would cost triple. The hostel was very nice and cozy and the sea view -yes, that's included- from the terrace was nice. Amazing value for money! Probably prices will be higher during the season but I warmly recommend this place. Above my room there was someone walking continuosly (at least half an hour, then I went to bed and put earplugs) with shoes on from 11pm and throwing some stuff onto a floor.

The stay at Orange hostel was very pleasant. The host upgraded our room so as we could have a sea view. Room was clean and well equipped. There is an access to the kitchen which was helpful because at the time we were in hvar not many restaurants were open and they were rather expensive. The host provided many tips on what to see and in hvar.

Althought I booked just 2hours before i arrived, they were welcome us. The interior is so cute and clean. First time to get here was quite confused because there are a lot of alleys. But it's okay from 2nd time.
