This is a great hostel all round, but the only reason I´m dissing the staff is that I got charged a 5 euro deposit for renting a towel (for 1 euro) by the lady at the desk when I checked in - and the guy at the desk when I checked out refused to accept that I had paid any such deposit, so that was 5 euro down the drain! Please leave a mop and bucket in the bathrooms so that individuals can clean up after themselves. Ensuite bathrooms themselves are a poor idea. Looks good on paper, but too loud and too dirty near the sleeping quarters.
