a very social hostel where you can meet many nice people but the the rooms are filled with too many people and you share one bathroom (no extra toilet) with at least 12 other people so you can wait in line forever to get to the toilet!!

Had a good stay, the hostel organises pub crawls, tapas crawls, fado concerts, and walking tours which are a great way to meet people. There are only three toilets/showers in the whole hostel which which didn't work out well.
Absolutely loved this place, such a shame i had a short stay. The staff are brilliant and set such a chilled outgoing atmosphere. There is only one bathroom per floor but its so luxury so its okay aha. Breakfast and dinners on offer are worth the €3 - €7 you pay! They offer the best walking tour i have ever been on! Funky bar with a cite terrace.A lot of night/day tours on offer. Very in touch with their younger travellers! Highly recommended :)
Perfect! Oasis backpacker's made my trip in Lisbon excellent!Great ambiance, very friendly, and very nice staff (especially Miguel!)They were all very pleasent!About the dorms, there were clean and spacy, as well as toilets ans bathrooms! They organise lots of events by night, you can't really get bored actually!I really loved it!!!
Beautiful house, and garden in nice location. Awesome staff.
Is a good hostel whit a great location! The staff are very friendly!
It has an amazing atmosphere and is very well located.
The drink specials are great, there is AC, the walking tour is a MUST!, the kitchen can be used, the dinners at night are a good price, as is the breakfast, the staff are great, and I loved the people here. They do hangout outside on the patio so if you are looking to sleep at a nice time, you could close your window but it is kind of a party hostel in that they have fun and it is very very social.
Staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. the outside area was awesome for a few drinks and there are plenty of kitchens and bathrooms so your never waiting too long for one of those
Was a top hostel, the staff are awsem as well! Recommend oasis
Don't know what the main building was like, but in the one next to it there were 10 of us in a room with only one bathroom for all of us which was not ideal. There was a kitchen, but it lacked much in the way of utensils. The balcony had a great view though. The staff were friendly and they put on meals every night although unfortunately they all involved fish and my friend is allergic.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's definitely a social hostel, so if you don't want noise at night, don't stay here. They have great organized activities, amazing staff, everything was extremely clean (even for an old building, it was super clean and nice). Easy to walk to the night life and restaurants, train station, wherever. Only complaints are that the WiFi was only available in the common areas, not in the rooms, and even then it was weak sometimes.
I've stopped here two weeks in a row when visiting Lisbon and keep wanting to go back. The staff are amazing and totally make the place. foods great for how cheap it is! Everyone should stop here!

Definitely a backpackers mansion, this place was super nice, breakfasts and meals prepared by the staff are the best i have ever seen in a hostel and better than most low cost hotels i have ever stayed in. Seemed like a good vibe here and the walking tour was the best one i have been on in europe yet.
We stayed at the Oasis Hostel in Granada and loved it, so decided to stay at the one in Lisbon. This was a mistake. Although the Oasis hostels offer a great social atmosphere, this one was poorly managed. They gave our beds away and gave our beds to others. Told us we had to move to another dorm and after moving all our stuff told us we were moving back to the same room. There was only one fan (small) on the floor in the 6 bed dorm. It was 43 degrees. That was not enough. Plus bed bugs.
Staff are great. Wifi is good. Free computer access. Good kitchen but always used by staff. Can get a 3 course meal with wine for 7.5 euro at night. Great food. No elevator where the rooms are so it can be difficult with luggage. When we checked in at 13:00 we went up to our room and it hadn't been cleaned yet. It was putrid!! We were told to wait an hr. the room wasn't cleaned and ready till about 16:00. Staff were v apologetic though. Location could be better
Realy nice place to a fordable price!
