It was fantastic as usual, everything a traveller could possibly want!! Javi on the front desk was especially helpful and answered many of my queries with great enthusiasm and care. Thanks again!!

Gave average to the staff as some were absolutely amazing and friendly and others were really not interested in helping and should maybe consider working somewhere where they don't need to try to help people or be social. Bar staff and the girls that worked for walking tours were really nice (do the walking tours with them, they are really entertaining and you get to meet a lot of people!!!). The pool was great for bringing people together and their breakfast is very decent.

Very Nice snd clean Hostel With an awesome rooftop pool!

You can't control the temperature of your own rooms air conditioning, that's weird. Also needed to use a security card to get into the bathrooms which was a nuisance. Took us so long to check in because the desk wasn't staffed. Good beds and room and awesome bar and pool area. Cheap meals 3,50 euro for a plate of paella and a beer!

Super rude staff at the main hostel, made us feel like we were an inconvenience to their time rather then actual guests - wouldn't recommend.

First of all the staff, especially Pedro were very friendly and accommodating they made you feel welcome and recommended the best places to go eat and must see before leaving Sevilla. The Pancho tours "walking tour" was great, it's the best way to learn the history about Sevilla. The breakfast was very good: we loved the English breakfast. The atmosphere very relaxing and the bar crawl was awesome, but just a bit far for walking. Other than that, I highly recommend this place! Will be back!

Located close to the bus station and shopping area. Very clean with good bathroom facilities and AC. The rooftop terrace is nice for hanging out. The cheap breakfast and dinners are good.

This is really a very good hostel! Especially pool and bar in the terraced roof makes it very cool place! (would be better if had some music in the terrace at pool area though) It's in the center, easy to reach everywhere, and also very clean hostel! I and my friends like it! The only thing we did not like was the attitude of the guy who organizes pub-crawls (Fran) He is very clearly and obviously hitting on girls! This is disturbing for the rest of the group. The rest is almost-perfect hostel!

Loved the hostel, staff were so helpful and the outdoor area was great to meet people and hang out. Will definitely come back :)

Loved the hostel besides the pub crawl - the short guy with the pony tail who takes pub crawls is a sleezy and unprofessional man, he pressures girls to get drunk - I was so shocked at this. Besides that, great place.

Great location and facilities. No complaints at all. Great social area and pool!

Great vibe. Great staff. Great hostel. Loved our stay there!

One of the bests hostels in Europe for sure!

Great party hostel, the rooftop pool area is awesome to relax and meet people and it gets very busy in the evening. The rooms are big with good showers and good aircon. The wifi absolutely sucks and the key cards randomly stop working every once in awhile. The beers at the bar are more than double the price at the bars in town but I guess you pay for the pool.

The staff members was wonderful, especially bar staff on the roof. I would recommend hostel to anyone.

Wifi does not work for most people most of the time. Staff are cordial but not friendly. Keys have to be replaced daily because they lose their magnetic charge. During our stay there were many families with children and a school tour group so not a great place if you are looking for a youth hostel vibe. Also our whole dorm was woken up at 1am due to staff mistakes in assigning beds...

really disappointed comparing to other hostel experiences. it's more a hotel than a hostel. the guy at the reception wasn't freindly at all. room wasn't accomodating, no plugs gor upper beds. no light switch. you need to ask the reception for air-condition. i didn't like my staying there..though the city was fantastic.

This hostel has great facilities, you could easily spend a good chunk of your day at the hostel if you wanted to relax. Was very easy to meet people. only complaint is the staff aren't as cheerful as other hostels and the pub crawl was the worst one I've done, the bars were all expensive and a 30 minute walk between them. Overall I recommend this hostel and would definitely go back.

Good hostel. It was very clean and the air con was great: just have to ask downstairs to turn it on. FYI: the "pool" on the rooftop is no pool. It's an oversized jacuzzi without the heaters. However, it is a great hangout spot and a great place to meet new people.

Very nice place, great location and lovely people. Staff were very helpful, had great facilities. Wifi was in the "chill out" areas rather than the bedrooms/dorms
