easy walk from bus station, downtown. Small, quiet, friendly. Not a loud party hostel. Good info and ability to book guests on treks, rafting, etc.easy walk from bus station, downtown. Amazing hostel, the owner and the owners son were so friendly, the BBQ was amazing, the people staying were really nice, was quiet to sleep as rooms out back, but could have fun if you wanted to, perfect hostel.Amazing hostel, the owner and the owners son were so friendly, the BBQ was amazing, the people staying were really nice, was quiet to sleep as rooms out back, but could have fun if you wanted to, perfect hostel....Close

A small and very cozy hostel, located a bit far from the centre but it allows for a bit of exercise. Staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and rooms and facilities were clean, albeit a bit small. Breakfast is very good too! A small and very cozy hostel, located a bit far from the centre but it allows for a bit of exercise. It was a nice hostel with a friendly atmosphere and really helpful staff, however, we chose it as the website stated that this was in a central location whereas in actual fact we were approx 25 mins walk away from the centre of Mendoza. Wrinkly dog scored extra points!! Staff was very friendly. Father and son run the hostel. We went on the bike tour in Mapui and it was fun. A note: every winery charges you 'tasting fees'. So even though the bike is only 25 pesos to rent you might end up spending 100 pesos.Staff was very friendly. Father and son run the hostel. We went on the bike tour in Mapui and it was fun. So many things are great about this hostel: Gaspar and Aldo and fantastic hosts, Gaspar does up a great asado (w/ unlimited wine!), and Alfa is quite possibly the cutest hostel puppy I've ever seen. Some may find the location a little out of the way, but Mendoza is a very walkable city. The hostel has only been open for five months, so there are still a few things to fix up here and there. Still, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this hostel and would have no hesitation in going back.So many things are great about this hostel: Gaspar and Aldo and fantastic hosts, Gaspar does up a great asado (w/ unlimited wine!), and Alfa is quite possibly the cutest hostel puppy I've ever seen. The owners of this place are new and intend to really fix up the place. We thought Aldo and his family did a great job taking care of their guests. good: lovely, helpful owner who goes out of his way to help you, amazing asado, nice atmosphere. bads: far from town, it´s all a bit worn, poor breakfast, and the rooms are much, much too cramped - no floor space, never mind a table or chair to leave stuff on! so overall would probably stay elsewhere.good: lovely, helpful owner who goes out of his way to help you, amazing asado, nice atmosphere. bads: far from town, it´s all a bit worn, poor breakfast, and the rooms are much, much too cramped - no floor space, never mind a table or chair to leave stuff on! so overall would probably stay elsewhere....Close

The owners extremely helpful. You felt more or less at home living at Oasis. Nothing was too complicated to arrange. I recomend Oasis. The owners extremely helpful. You felt more or less at home living at Oasis. Nothing was too complicated to arrange. I recomend Oasis....Close
