Great hostel, such good value for money. Would definitely go back.

Since the room was free/empty when we arrived we could luckily check in early in the morning. Really nice. Was a good staying!

No need to take a cab from the train station! Easy to go by walking! Lovely rooof amazing to hang out after the monument visits!!! For baloons try to bargain outside so you can get better deals! Helpful staff, hot shower sometimes and very clean!!

My wife and I loved staying at Oasis. Hassn treated us great, giving us candid advice and helping us book tours one day and rent bicycles another. When we went to the train station, we were told that the train to Cairo was fully booked. When we told Hassn, he went to the station himself to buy us tickets that were only being sold to locals. Needless to say, he went above and beyond. The room itself was also great. Hot water and a comfortable bed. We will definitely return to Oasis!

This hotel is really the worst we have ever seen: They gave us a room in the 4th or 5th floor (without elevator) the stairs have been damaged and dangerous to walk. The whole hostel is dirty and damaged: the walls, furniture, beds, bathroom, everything, the beds are hard like wood. We arrived in the middle of the night, have seen the room and decided NOT to stay there a second longer. We really didn't expect much but this was unacceptable. Guess they wrote their good reviews themselves.

If you are looking for clean and functional accommodation with a lovely roof terrace and well sized rooms, then Oasis Hotel is great from the start. Yet, it is the way in which Hassan (our host) and his team went above and beyond to organise excellent day trips, shopping excursions, meals and in every way made us feel at home. Our time in Luxor was memorable due to the extraordinary sights and experiences we had, but the credit for this must go to Hassan and the Oasis Hotel.

Oasis Hotel Luxor is a great place to stay. It's very close to the train station and about 10 minutes' walk from Luxor Temple. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and do their best to make your time in Luxor fun and comfortable.

Wery good location and anvironment. It is also very economic. Good choice for those who travel with limited budget.

Staff was very friendly and tryed to go our way in every situation. Food is a great value for the money and terace on the roof is a joy to use and has wifi. Location is top notch. Highly recomended.

Had a very nice stay here, egypt is safe as it always has been. The guys really need you and there doing everything they can to make your stay as nice as possible

All the staff made me feel very welcome and relaxed and safe in their care. A very good place to stay for lone female travellers who want to remain free of hassles.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and honest. The food on the rooftop terrace was also cheap and very tasty.

Extremely Clean. Great staff. The owner is great with no hassling, and prevents you from being hassled outside his hotel. Definitely recommend its a great hostel. DO NOT TAKE THE TOUR! The guide they book is the worst I have seen. Stops talking in middle of briefings to go talk with friends, sleeps on benches instead of guiding like the other guides, tries to sell you everything he can. Runs a ticket scam with student ID cards. only his get the discount, he tells ticket booth to not allow ours.
