It\'s a good hostel and they offer several discounts for local pubs and restaurants. The staff were awesome in Oban! Loved the common area too, the pool table was cheap and there were heaps of board games to play and people to meet. We would stay againThe staff were awesome in Oban! Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good. The staff isn't really interested in you (except for a middle-aged man, who was helpful and chatty). The pub where we were sent was horrible, it was like a promotional trip... You don't get the room you booked and the doorlock wasn't worth anything (but nothing has been stolen). Oban is a small but boring town, more for the older ones :(Unfortunately our stay wasn't that good.
