When we arrived, the apartment had no water so we were taken to another. It was very "local" which was neat and safe as there were several locked doors to get to our apartment. But the bathroom smelled like pigeons (a coup outside the window), no hot water for 3 days (it was fixed but we were blamed for turning it off! We didn't touch a thing...) and the bed was little more than a cot. I would not stay here again-I'd opt for a regular hotel in Palermo.

It was an excellent apartment, only few meters from the sea, very good location. The apartment was faultlessly pure, with a big shower. The owner is very attentive, with good knowledge of English (he even spoke Russian a little). We are very happy with this hotel, we have no complaints in general! We had wonderful time.
