The girl at the reception is really unfriendly;especially she knew we're foreigners but she was still very unfriendly. The guy though,was really nice and tried as much as posible to understand and help us.2nd, we were first in a room,unpacked and found out there was no light.When we went to the reception which is in another building (because there was no phone in the room!!),s.o came and there was water in the ceiling light, which is very dangerous.We didn't have the room we saw on the internet.

Our overall impression is not as good as we expected it. The floor was kind of dirty and it stank. Concerning the room, the door to the balcony was broken. However, a man from the maintenance came 2 hours after talking to the receptionist and repaired the door. The room was in general not very clean, likewise in the bathroom was mold. The breakfast was also not the best as there was once mold in my bagel. The place were guests can have breakfast was also very dirty.
