Our room didn't have air conditioning so it got really got during the night, even with the fan. The shared bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days, there were stains and dirt marks. The staff were helpful enough, but not friendly. And the place itself just didn't feel welcoming at all. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Excellent staff!

Lovely stay although the window had broke in our room so our air con did not work to its full potential. On the last night we came back the security staff were rude to my partner as the air con unit did not work and we tried to get help but they thought we had not paid for air con, it was early I'n the morning and we were tired and just wanted the service of air con we paid a premium for. Despit this, the day staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and worth the wait,

my deposit was not re imbursed,when i paid , could not inderstand the explaination why?

ocean walk inn is a lovely place. the staff are nice and helpful. location wise is great. its right by serendipity beach (which is a party beach) the beach is relaxing during the day, drinks lights music dancing etc at night.

cheap rooms over friendly chilled out bar right in the heart of the busy beach road. very close to serendipity beach and shops, bars, restaurants etc. consequently can be a bit noisy at night and you'll more than likely hear building works in the morning. If you want to be in the thick of it it's perfect. However if you prefer a bit of peace away from the backpacker throng and a nicer, chilled and prettier beach and general vibe go to Otres Beach or one of the less popular islands..

Really nice place to stay. Near to the beach, staff friendly and good atmosphere.

Our room was behind the bar and though they had strict rules on silence after 10 or 11pm. they kept the bar open until 2am. It was impossible to fall asleep because of the noise. We didn't feel welcomed at any point of our stay and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
