Very freindly and helpful staff, albeit strange opening hours (closed between 12am and 4pm). High security due to keycards, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Perfect location, directly adjacent to the train station. In my room I could use the free McDonalds wireless from next door (wireless is not free in the hostel!).

Thank you for your comment. I'm glad that you had a pleasant stay, and that you enjoyed the free internet from mc D, but there must be some kind of misunderstanding. The Danhostel Wireless is for free as well (but a little unstable). We have an internet station in the basement, that takes coins, but if you bring your own laptop, you get free wireless.

i find it misleading to arrive and find extra charges, like sheets and being charged for not having a certain hostel card, instead they should have a transparent price on hostelworld, and apply discounts for sheets and hostel cards, etc

Thank you for your comment. I'm sorry to hear, that these extras came as a surprice for you. Since many guests are hostelmembers and bring their own sheets, it would not be fair to include it. Our site on hostelworld contains information about these extras and so does the email confirmation you receive from us prior to arrival.

Good location next to station. Comfortable and clean hostel. Only hostel I visited with a shower in the dorm rather than having to go down the corridor: that was much appreciated.

that hostel is the first hostel that i have ever seen which hasn't got a reception staff during the evening... they send me an e-mail and told me that i need to use my credit card to enter the hostel when i'll arrive... this is the first time i got such kind of email after a booking... and then when i arrived there the card reader was not working...i called them...but noone answered...so i could not enter to the hostel.... i found another hotel in the midnight..and i paid more money...twice...
