Excellently located hostel near all the big clubs and cheaper side of town. The hostel itself has an excellent bar with pool table and 1 euro beers all the time. Had a wonderfull stay there and would definatley stay again in the future.

The hostel was always very busy with people hanging out. The breakfast was good for the price, and the I enjoyed being able to wash/dry my clothes inside while hanging out and having some great German beer. The staff was nice for the most part. I had a one incidence where one girl was kind of rude.

I enjoyed a really nice trip thanks to this hostel. In a very good place in Berlin, you have a lot of restaurants next to the hostel, from 2 to 15€, it's very appreciable. The breakfast is not free (3€, from 8 to 12pm), but worths it if you can stay at least 30 minutes. The price was a bit expensive (New Year's Eve) but the fact is it's definitely a great place. We compared a lot of hostels and I don't regreet my choice.

Location is good and facilities are comfortable. The staff at some other hostels I've stayed at have gone out of their way to make my stay memorable and provide me with information on the city and things to do. At Odyssee they didn't appear to be interested at all: helpful enough when you go to them with a request but not as accommodating as they could be.

This is a very good place to stay if you want to explore Friedrichshain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, 2nd hand. It's also more or less walking distance to Kreuzberg. Really nothing to complain about in the hostel. Nice hang out area in the reception.

Ofcourse, it's a hostel, and you have everything that you need in a hostel, but I thought that the staff was rude, inpolite, and there was not much atmosphere at all. Won't be going back to this one I guess.

There is not very visible sign forbiding to bring food to the rooms. But when in the room cleaning stuff (or somebbody else) confiscates the food. But generally everythin is ok!

The hostel was ok, no frills or spills. The location was decent, close to the metro, although signs would be appreciated. It would be good to have more food on offer apart from crisps. I appreciated the table football and pool table.

The Odyssee Globetrotter is a great hostel in the eastern part of berlin. Its quite close to U and S-bahn at Warschauwer strasse, and its easy to get to places in the city and surround. I loved every part of it, its a clean hostel, safe, with loads of atmosphere going on. Nice they have a pooltable and international staff. Beers are cheap, two hours of happy hour every day from 16 till 18 hrs.
