great place to stay in Berlin :)

Great staff, free safty lockers, wonderful atmosphere, 5min from subway, great breakfast for 3euro. Stayed in 8bed dorm. Beds where nice and cozy. Many bars and clubs just around the corner All and all a very good hostel.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place! Great location, staff was fine, breakfast for 3€ was good. Four girls stayed in the 22 bed room which anyone can walk in anytime, be sure to rent a lock some others had problems leaving their valuables out. I also would book directly with the hotel, I think it saves a few euros a night, which is frustrating but we know for next time. Good value, would recommend to others.

Had a great time, they have an excellent location near to cool bars and clubs. Super clean and nice toilets/ showers! Good price for a good hostel!

Nice hostel with great facilities, clean and friendly staff. All the usual facilities like wifi and the like.

there are a lot of bathrooms in this hostel. But they are in different quality. Some of them for women are transparency and no locker for the door (even they dont have door for each bathroom). if you want to take shower, you should choose the bathroom on the whole floor in this hostel.

I am so happy I stayed here! It was clean and had a great personality. Cheap beer. The staff was usually nice and helpful. The breakfast hit the spot, and was well worth the €3. Granted, the wifi only worked in the lobby, but it was fast, so no complaints. I never had to wait for a shower or the bathroom. If I ever find myself in Berlin in the future, I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone headed that way.

Best hostel Ive stayed in, and I've been to a lot. Perfect location for Berlin nightlife/bars/restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and full of good recommendations. Stayed in the 22bed dorm and had more privacy than I have had in smaller dorms elsewhere. Extremely clean, really decent open kitchen that everyone can use, breakfast is 3 euros but all you can eat continental, rent towels and sheets and get the deposit back at the end, luggage storage. All in all just brilliant! Thanks Odyssee

Satanic atmosphere. WiFi password is hostel666. Statues of the grim reaper and employees dressed in black with lots of tattoos. If that scene is what you're looking for, great, but it's not for me (or most people).

The staff at this hostel are just terrible. I walked into the hostel and the german girl behind the reception desk asked for cash and said my room was that way (points finger) no map, no wifi, no info. Then i thought it would be a once off but then another staff member when asking how i get the key to the kitchen his response was "there are signs everywhere that says what you need to do" Overall if Berlin wasn,t such a awesome place this hostel would have ruined my experience.

The location was fantastic- Friedrichshain is a popular, fun part of Berlin (lots of bars and clubs) and the hostel was a 3 minute walk from the Frankfurter Tor U-Bahn stop as well on right on one of the Straßenbahn lines. The building itself was very cool- I think it may have been a converted factory so it didn't have the stuffy feel of a DDR-block style building. The staff were helpful in offering things to do/ see and were also concerned about safety so I felt the hostel was quite secure.

Good things: the staff were friendly and the decor in the foyer was excellent, the location is also good. Bad things: the atmosphere wasn't very warm or cosy, the internet connection was really bad and you have to pay for breakfast

Great place,I always stay there in Berlin (about 10 years now).Close to the train station and in a really cool neighborhood.Lots of bars,cafes,and restaurants a few minutes away.Thanks again to Sven,Mark,and everyone.See you in October!

The crew of the Hostel was truly helpful and kind, gave me a lot of tips on where to go out, party! The Hostel is close to many bars, good places to eat, both cheap and well, and very close to some awesome clubs! It also has a Pub on the first floor, with a great selection of music and lots of good drinks! Free wifi, good showers and clean facilities only add up to this excelent hostel, one of the best I\'ve ever been to. Thanks Odyssee, incredible crew, good music, well located! A MUST IN BERLIN

Its a good hostel...comfortable private rooms...very helpfull staff and they dont have a curfew... would recommend it!

Excellently located hostel near all the big clubs and cheaper side of town. The hostel itself has an excellent bar with pool table and 1 euro beers all the time. Had a wonderfull stay there and would definatley stay again in the future.
