I did not like the security guy's attitude, he seemed suspicious when he saw black hotel guest moving around as compared to white guest

I was impressed with the hostel, (Off the Wall)'s bedding, showers and kitchen is very clean and stylish, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends or any one who need a place to stay.

Location not good, not really nice neighborhood. Expensive for just a dorm/room with 8 beds. No atmosphere, noisy. Only kitchen were you can sit, or outside but not a good view. I could park my car behind the fence, that was good.

The Security Guard 'Isaac' was fantastic. He was very diligent in his duties and professional. He was helpful in answering any questions I had on personal security (can I walk alone down a particular street) and about the local neighborhood. I had a single room with bathroom to myself. The door handle desperately needs replacing as it appears to be very loose and not fully secure. When I went to get into my bed, I noticed shoe footprints on the bedsheets; the sheets were replaced.

A great hostel for people looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main backpacking suburbs.

New hostel. Near shopping center. Quite far from CT if you don't have a car. However there's a bus station just next door. Nice communal kitchen. I stayed 2 nights in a single room and found it to be good value for money.

Very clean as you would expect from a new hostel. Good location in claremont for buses, shops, clubs etc. Could do with some activities, events etc. A peaceful option.

Overall a good stay but found it very noisy in the evenings and early mornings as it was also being used as some kind of student accommodation.

Might be a perfect location to stay in CT if a few things would be changed. We got the room next to the kitchen which was quite loud. Unfortunately, there were no fixed blinds on the kitchen's windows next to ours so we could not open our blinds and windows. That led to a very stuffy room. Also protection against mosquitos would have helped us to sleep better.

Great location, brand new and sparkling clean - we had a luxury ensuite room and it was better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in for much more money! Awesome shower, great bed, nice big, clean kitchen. The location is perfect, we went here to watch the rugby which we could walk to, its also close to bus station, and everything you could need in the center of Claremont. Will definitely be back next time I'm visiting the area :)
