Sora House is very clean and staffs here are very welcome. The place is very near the monorail 'MIEBASHI' station and many supermarkets around. With some reason I needed to send my brother's passport to him in Nagoya within a day which seems impossible. Staffs here helped me a lot, they called to post office to ask information for me and tried to find the solution for this. Really happy when staying here :)

Nice place, I like the privacy of curtains in the female dorm. They had lockers, but I felt pretty safe with my belongings as staff was always present. I wish they had more info/ recs in English for places to go nearby, tours, restaurants, etc. Ferry/ bus schedules were posted in Japanese only :( The staff was friendly, but not outgoing in suggesting things to do. If you go, book Scuba/ snorkeling trip with Seasir and check out Dojo Bar, 10 min walk. Viper venom shots, awesome food&people!

Sora House is in a great location, ! minute walk to the rail station. People were very friendly and accommodating. On a nice quiet . road about 10 minute walk from the main strip or take the rail. There is only one shower and bathroom per floor which could be an issue if they are fully booked. Wasn't an issue during my stay and there were quite a few people staying on my floor. definitely a reason they are rated #1, it's a nice place to stay.

Great location, five minutes to the ferry and monorail. The main floor is very clean, but the female dorm is just off the common room and is -extremely- noisy. There's even instruments people are encouraged to play - until midnight! The desk is unmanned from 12 so no one is there to enforce quiet hours or stop anyone from entering if one of the 10 girls forgets to lock the door. This guesthouse needs to improve its security measures and considerations to international, not Japanese, standards.

Great guesthouse! Very friendly and helpful staff. Their English is good enough to understand your basic needs and provide good advice about what to do/see. You might even be lucky enough to catch them practising the lovely San Shin instrument, so famous in Okinawa. Very recently refurbished so very clean with a great roof top, which I hope they'll develop soon. Very much recommended!

There is no security at this hostel. We accidentally walked through the first floor of the hostel, ducking into a few rooms (bedrooms) before going back outside and up another flight of stairs to stumble around the next floor before finding the reception desk behind a curtain. Nothing was clearly labeled. Anyone could walk into this hostel at any time and start wandering around the rooms. There is no place to lock valuables - no cabinets, no boxes, no shelves nothing.

Very clean and good location. Definitely accessible as it is pretty close to the train station.

I just stayed for one night. It´s a cheap, but cosy and clean hostel with roof top terrace. They provide everything you need, so it is also good, if you wanna stay for one week. Very friendly, but only a little english speaking staff. I missed the lockers for more security - but hey, it´s Japan.

If I should ever get the chance to go to Okinawa again, this would be my place to stay! Great people, relaxed atmosphere and tidy. Keep it up! You're the best!
