this hostel is a bargain, the staff ordered us a takeaway when we got there late, really helpful. would recommend to anyone.

The staff were great, so helpful with giving ideas of what to do in the city and they booked our next bus tickets for us at no extra cost. The location is good, in a safe area, near the metro. The breakfast is plentiful and the kitchen is well stocked so ideal if you want to cook for yourself. It´s a quiet hostel so perfect if you need some rest. Only negative is that the rooms in the back of the building are damp but otherwise comfortable.

The hostel is well located near a metro station and to the Av. Paulista (shopping). At the beginning it ist not easy to find. The rooms are clean just the mattresses and pillows smell a little bit, we didn`t like to us the blankets without linen. The breakfast is very good and they provide free tea and water the whole day. At the toilets they need soap and drying paper. They will help you with all questions and you can store your luggage as long as you need.

This was the best place that my friends and I stayed at in our 2 week trip in Brazil! We are so grateful for all the help you gave us! We will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is going to Ubatuba.

Good location inside the huge city. Staff friendly and helpful in general. Clean place, and they went to buy a Raid for us to kill the mosquitos in the room. Place looks new, toilets or showers are only on the upper floors. Attention: No label on the outside wall/door - the address is correct though, just ring.

Location is perfect, the staff helps you finding out how to get to everywhere in the city, even when its not a turistic spot. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean , and each bed in my room had its own shelf and were spacious too. Breakfast is one of those big ones that allows you to skip lunch =). I will definitly stay there everytime I go to sp.

Great staff and accomodations. I'd only reccomend to improve the bathrooms, but in general everything was really good.

Clean well run hostel that's close to the main tube line and in a safe neighborhood - but a bit of a hike from town. Staff were awesome and the breakfast is the best we've come across in South America. Dorm rooms were large and the bunks were super comfy.

Good location near metro station. Staff was very helpful and with a good knowledge of the city. The room was very spacious. If I be back to São Paulo I’ll stay in this hostel again.

This hostel was very good to me, every staff was very friendly and room was clean, hot shower, first of all breakfast was great. They served cereal, milk, 3 kinds of bread(Toast, Sandwitch, cake), Juice, coffee, fruits(apple, banana, orange) and snacks. Location is near the metro and I could easly access to the place what I wanted.

Really great the second time staying here too, and I would gladly stay again! The staff all remembered me and were just as friendly and helpful as the previous time I stayed... I would gladly stay again in the future too!
