Clean and spacious rooms. Would be good if hangers or hooks were available in the rooms tho. Bathrooms were clean. Location is fine although requires a bit of a hike uphill from the metro station. It is about a 8 minutes walk from the metro station with no shelter along the way if it rains (I got drenched!).

very helpful staff, 24h Reception, but be aware: if you arrive or go out at night, it can be that the guy of the reception is sleeping in the TV-room, so you have to wait an eternity until the door is opened. Good value for money, near to a subway station, big lockers in the rooms.

Excellent breakfast. One of the few places that gives a good breakfast. our private room was a little bit smelly but we opened up the door/window and it was fine. it's cosy.

The hostel was very cleaned, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned everyday! Great use of washer and dryer, and staff was very helpful and friendly. One complaint, wifi did not reach private room, although having a private tv with cable was nice for the rainy days.

Pretty good hostel. Nice neighborhood and great staff. So-so atmosphere, but good value for money. Would stay again if I were in town.

The staff were great, so helpful with giving ideas of what to do in the city and they booked our next bus tickets for us at no extra cost. The location is good, in a safe area, near the metro. The breakfast is plentiful and the kitchen is well stocked so ideal if you want to cook for yourself. It´s a quiet hostel so perfect if you need some rest. Only negative is that the rooms in the back of the building are damp but otherwise comfortable.

The hostel is well located near a metro station and to the Av. Paulista (shopping). At the beginning it ist not easy to find. The rooms are clean just the mattresses and pillows smell a little bit, we didn`t like to us the blankets without linen. The breakfast is very good and they provide free tea and water the whole day. At the toilets they need soap and drying paper. They will help you with all questions and you can store your luggage as long as you need.

This was the best place that my friends and I stayed at in our 2 week trip in Brazil! We are so grateful for all the help you gave us! We will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is going to Ubatuba.
