Near to the main attractions located on a great square. Near to the port and to the bus stop that goes to the airport. Excellent location. Very great people in the staff, they help in mainly everything. One disadvantage: noisy place, but it is Spain, so it is noisy everywhere in the evening. It could be the best place to stay in Alicante

The owners/people at the reception are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The hostel is very small, and only has 4 rooms (one single and one double included). However, at least two of the rooms have fantastic balconies! The breakfast isn't huge but is totally fine. The kitchen is very small, but it does have a mini stove, and a toaster oven. The location is excellent! We had a great stay.

Super staff :-) extra helpful, lovely small relaxed hostel in great location with young but not noisy vibe where mature visitors will also feel at home. Breakfast is included - small croissants, cupcakes, coffee, wholemeal bread and spreads, juice - there is a kitchen and fridge so you can toast your bread and add your own tomatoes etc if you wish or make tea. Manager gave really useful travel tips re Supra buses for extra comfort and spoke excellent English. Two great nights' stay . Thanks!

This hostel is a really good one. The location is great, the facilities are good, it is clean and hygenic and the owner is such a nice person. I have stayed there two times and I am definitely going to stay there again the next time I visit Alicante.

A really small, but cosy place in the center of the city, with a 2 minutes walk to the beach, friendly and very obliging staff (made it possible to cancel one night of our reservation at short notice, due to unexpected changes in our journey).

There was some sort of pub near the hostel, and it was very very noisy at night because of the people speaking loudly in the street. I couldn't sleep properly until 5am. It would be nice to have double windows to avoid the noise of the street. Also, we were sleeping with blankets, and although it was not a very cold night, I felt I could have used a second blanket. I would suggest the hostel to use duvets, which are much more practical and warm.

The only the thing I missed was a public computer, but there is WIFI available. Had a great time there!

I really can recommend this hostel. Its new renovated, the rooms are just amazing and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is also new and very clean. They have a small kitchen and the brakfast is included. The staff was very nice and helpfull and the hostel is directly located in the city centre. The only thing I have to say, that there is not really a common room to relax, but the rest was just perfect. I would choose this hostel everytime again.

it´s like famiyl atmosphere. maybeein the beginning it´s kind of strange because it´s seemed like an normal flat but it´s clean and all people was really friendly. the kitchen is really small but probably you don´t spend muh time inside beacause the wheater outside is too good. From my room icould see the ocan and it was in the center. like 2 minuits walk and u are reaching the party zone or in 0 seconds you are in the old city center. i would go back every time

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Centre hostel. Everything was very clean and tight, and the staffwas nice. The locating was also good. It is a very quiet hostel. Kitchen facilities could be improved.

Very good value for money, very clean and well maintained. It feels more like a B & B than a hostel, it was quiet when I was there. I would stay there again.
